- Our 4th stay at this hotel and we have truly enjoyed every visit. The hotel is well located in the heart of Alkapuri and close to all shopping. I cannot stop praising the Bay Leaf Restaurant for the fabulous lunches and dinners they serve. The staff are great and serve you with their heart.
- Location is exceptionally well it’s near by all shopping needs for foreigners.Food is very good only concern is the amount of extra hidden sugar in all local or international food.

Reception or Manager didn’t do call a single day to find out is my room or stay comfortable or not?3. Room carpet was so dusty, during my 7 nights stay cleaners never used vacuum.
- Road infront of the facility is very dirty and Even though I preponed the stay by email and call by the property, the receptionist didn’t allow us to get in telling that he don’t know this thing. I told him to allow us to get in now and in case any issue , I can settle it tomorrow morning. But they didn’t allow . It was early morning around at 5 am with family .

Location near to industrial area . I went for industrial visit

This is in heart of the city yet it's very quiet place, nice entrance, supportive staff, good breakfast, spacious room, bathtub, etc perfect for business trip.
Calmness ...good staff...good qualty food
They must revamp tv system. Gtpl cable must be out...better switch over to airtel or jio etc. Tea cattles are broken too
Excellent location: in the midst of city and away from traffic noise. Outstanding room service: quick and prompt. Courteous front desk staff: cooperative and supportive. Kajal stands out of all.
Upkeep, cleanliness and maintenance: needs big improvement. The paint from ceiling and wall of wash room is peeling off. Commode are not properly cleaned, flush button needs to be replaced. Attention needed on small things.

The receptionist name Mariam was very rude at some point as she call my sister is my girlfriend even though I told her. She made me feel very uncomfortable to stay here, Luckily Mr Rasheed the manager got involved and understood the situation and looked after my stay, receptionist Mariam needs to be replaced for the improve future of this hotel as she is negative for this business.
Receptionist Mariam and her attitude, rest of the staff are very welcoming and specially Rasheed and Harry and the potter is extra decent people.
The staff is very cooperative, rooms are big, clean and cozy, I have stayed many times in this hotel, location is also good and quite. It's a nice hotel to stay.
They offee good breakfast but need to improve the quality.

Rooms are full of bugs, Disrespect behaviour of staff including reception.Strangely the manager says what should I do it's your problem. I don't know how cleanliness and bugs are my problem.If you don't like you and leave but pay total amount in advance.

Room 101 for myself and room 106 for my friend but have ? ant's cockroches all the time in the bathroom.
