Didn't have the honor of talking to the reception guy, talked to the girl rudely. The room was not clean, he asked her to change and the girl started saying the opposite, oh she is wearing glasses.

Hotel staff was rule and their charge extra money facility was zero even washroom was damage TV was not working air conditioner also zero working in short worthless hotel

Very unhygienic…..even a public toilet would have been better that the one we had in the room. The towels had stains. The bed sheets & blankets were originally white that had become yellowish. No toilet paper. Breakfast was bad. The chairs in the room had stains. Mini fridge was not working & had stains. It seemed they don’t have a housekeeping team. The rooms were not cleaned since ages

First the Manager that checks you in has a very bad attitude and is very rude, now the room was disgusting it was roached infested..I wish I could upload the pictures I took and the videos, I couldn’t even sleep there properly.I’ll never come back here again!!Everything ! The place is horrendous and disgusting…I’m surprised they even have a business here..

Getting confirmed on booking.com the property denied us to give room, and after complaining yo Booking.com customer service, the property owner called us to avail a room, very shameful v struggled two hour to get a room

The single night rate of the room is Rs.1360/- inclusive of breakfast. In this one gets the following facilities: Running hot water, comfortable bed to sleep in, clean loo, good air conditioner, clean towels, spacious room and a breakfast comprising of Poha, Bhajiya, Bread butter and Tea. To me this is VFM.

Pest control needs to be done in the hotel immediately.

Worst Experience! Never ever book this hotel. It's a loss of your money.The staff over here is not cooperative.We had booked 2 rooms and both the rooms were in the worst condition..Not at all maintained..Bathroom was stinking and when told about that they took it in a casual way.Staff is unprofessional.Room service not available and internal telephone not working.Worst Staff Worst Rooms And Worst experience.They don't even deserve 1 star!Overall I would say it was the worst experience I ever came across in any hotel . It was a very unpleasant & bad experience of stay.

It's good if u like rats, cockroach in room or what to stay just for one day as I stayed for long, didn't got room service for single day..It's me who made 5 calls to remind them for service after we stayed for 2 nights.The first room they offered me having a rat, after two complain second room doesn't have glasses and the room I stayed AC can't be controlled my remote.Even the staff is like what we can do we don't have rooms I booked a month ago n still if they don't have room... I want to bring this complain out but forgot to take pictures of this stuffs otherwise would have gone for better options around them....Don't choose this place, if u want stay longer to have peaceful time.....
