TV remote was broken . Floor was dirty right after they clean the room. After taking shower, water was everywhere on the bathroom floor. After you call for any service, they can take there sweet time, comes after one hour

Value for money

The breakfast menu items was not having any tag and it was hard to find the right eatables. Even three kettles were there for milk and tea separately but due to no tag, I had to open the kettle to see what was inside it.

Location too far. Breakfast okay

No shower curtains in bathroom. Risky as it remains wet and possibility of slip. Dangerous for senior citizen.

I experienced that the hotel staff was quite threatening me by their messages via WhatsApp about the payment which I paid by cash. One of staff sent me a file of checkbook and made me to pay to the hotel even I asked them to check with the hotel accounting.

Good Anbient place to stay in front desk Mr. PANKAJ &St Dining Ms Swetha provided very good service, Apart from them All staffs were very friendly & helpful.Good place to stay

The staff was not cooperative

I had booked the package with half board meal plan but the hotel still charged for the dinner and did not cooperate on the booking confirmation

Check in and checkout time to be reduced. Bill hard copy still not provided. Non clarity of staff about their system.food items more variety to be added in buffet system.

Disappointing Experience with Rude and Unhelpful StaffI had a disappointing experience at this hotel due to the unprofessional behavior of the staff. When I initially tried to book a room offline, I was told that no rooms were available. However, when I checked online, I found multiple rooms still open for booking. This forced me to make a last-minute reservation, which disrupted my plans, as I couldn't arrange special surprises for my friend.Additionally, when I contacted the hotel, they repeatedly ignored my calls. Strangely, when I tried calling from a different number, they answered—only to ignore my calls again once they recognized it was me. To make matters worse, when I requested special arrangements, they refused, stating that such requests require at least 2-3 days of advance notice.To add to the frustration, the room initially provided had a non-functional AC. It’s the staff’s responsibility to ensure that all amenities are in working condition before assigning a room to a guest. After raising the issue, I was finally given a proper room, but this level of negligence is unacceptable.Overall, the poor communication, misleading availability information, and lack of customer service made my stay frustrating. I wouldn't recommend this hotel to anyone expecting professionalism and courtesy.

Good location near the highway

Near a party plot and windows are not sound proof so difficult to sleep. Also the staff took extra long time for every service. Checkin to any service etc
