Courtyard by Marriott Vadodara

The staff at the restaurant was polite and helpful. I remember Khushboo for very good service. buffet was excellent .

Hotel room was spacious and cozy. Location and food were very good. Staffs at resturant were very kind, special thanks to Miss Khushboo.

Everything about the property was great, except the restaurant! Horrendous service all round. Wait staff were disinterested, forgot dishes on more than 2 occasions! F&B manager & restaurant manager were never in the restaurant.

The overall service in the main restaurant. Even with only 3 tables occupied, servers forgot dishes. Brought our dishes very late.

The stay at the hotel was both comfortable and relaxing. The staff were incredibly friendly and attentive, particularly Ms. Kaamini, who ensure all the needs were met. The room was well-maintained, with all the necessary amenities for a pleasant stay. The hotel's location was also ideal, providing easy access to nearby attractions. Overall, it was a wonderful experience, and I would highly recommend it to others.

Cleanliness

I have booked big room and pay more charges than regular room, but they allot me regular room and charge higher amount. When I show the price differences in booking.com hotel staff are started giving excuses and ultimately they charge higher amount.

Staff in all sectors (reception, restaurant, housekeeping) of the hotel were excellent. Restaurant staff were very accommodating to our requests. Location great, rooms and bathrooms were good size and kept clean. Reception and lounge area were pleasant.

Rooms were good size with all necessary amenities, Gaurau Chauhan did daily cleaning of my room diligently Good breakfast spread with very tentative staff. Chef Sunil customised my meal requirement as I wanted.Reception staff also very helpful Location very good for my needs. Would definitely recommend this place to family and friends Thanks to all the staff

The room was good size and very cleanAnd comfortable.The restaurant staff was very courteous and well trained. We enjoyed the food and special kadak chai.

The design of Sofa in the room. Very uncomfortable. U should change the design with better comfort in seats and back.

The restaurant needs more meat options from around the world. Currently, the only red meat available is lamb chops, while all other meat options are limited to chicken and fish.

The staff was ridiculous from check in to service … they didn’t respect the price of booking.com and wasted 30-40 mins during checkin… the to wasn’t working and the technician with team of 3 took about an hour to solve … imagine 3 technicians in the room from 11-12 at night … wanted to watch a sport game but ofc… to add the duty manager comes up and behaves as if such issues are normal and pathetic body language …

Clean room, room facilities, bed had clean sheets, bathroom facilities, staff, in house dining

The property was very clean and comfortable. The staff were so friendly and helpful and we felt it was the best service we had experienced anywhere in the world. Nothing was too much trouble and they were always offering suggestions and options to make our stay more enjoyable. The restaurant served delicious buffet breakfast and dinner with a huge range of choice. We absolutely loved staying at the Courtyard Marriott and would stay here again and will definitely recommend it to others. Thank you so much for such a superb experience!

Clean and great rooms with pleasant staff.

Pool was not as good but still better than most other hotels.

Exceptional service and clean facilities including gym, food court and restaurant. Proximity to all the areas for shopping and entertainment. Staff is exceptional and services is top notch. All credit goes to support staff who makes sure every small things is meticulously maintained and facilities are available for the visitors. Kudos to everyone.

None that would raise alarm. Intermittent power cut was normal and unavoidable. No fault of the staff or facility. It’s normal in this part of town. Back up generators circumvents the short fall of power cuts.

Good

We had booked a twin room & after check in we were escorted to a single room . When we complained we were asked to wait for a few mins . After calling it a technical glitch, they moved us to a twin room as per our requirement. In the morning for breakfast we had to wait for 15 mins for 2 cups of coffee since there was a technical glitch in the coffee machine . Both experiences were the first for me for a short one night stay !

nice new hotel and even more the rooms are brilliant, good size and excellent decor with power shades for privacy. Best part was how late there is still some food available to order in the bar/reception area with plenty of cool sitting area, quiet comfortable and staff available to order from the bar menu and the pastries are yummy. going back in November and looking for to stay longer this time.

Good property with decent well groomed staff

Early check for office travellers by few hours are denied. The Marriott points are not credited when booking through Booking.com which is bit upsetting

Furniture - the work chair had hard ends which left marks on ribbed wooden floor. Also, large room which seemed bareFood - was a bit of a disaster

The room including the bathroom was nice - large, clean, and functional. The staff was welcoming and well-trained.

The service at the hotel restaurant was very poor. The staff was busy doing their own internal work like filling some papers and cleaning empty tables, when a customer dining on the table (me) was struggling to get a server's attention.

Marriott staff is so amicable, very co-operative & always smiling. Rooms are pretty comfortable and spacious.Lovely stay?
