Was not good much as previous . TV is not working properly staff saying that this only facilities we have , cannot start tv or cannot do recharge of dth not

Location is not comfortable. It needs a lot of maintanance.

The location of property is good and apperance seems nice but on site visit these are quite opposite. and we ignore and arranged an other property during late night hour.

Good stay but staff in money minded always asking for money anytime and i think they give room to couples and dont clear as i found a used condom in drawer

Location is nearby and ok however without parking .AC working good.Staff is cooperative.Food stall @ half a kilometer.Palace road and play area nearby.Safe to travel not a lonely place.

Did not get a bill/invoice after booking online from both side.food facility is just upto 8 pmbeds could be better with good coverswater should not be from a boarwell

False promise of WI-FI, Free Parking, No WI-FI & Parking on Road, Betelnut, Pan Masala Spat stains on walls, Smoked Cigarettes residue thrown in Balcony carpet, Alcohol & Bad Stink, Dirty Filthy Wet Bathroom Floor Mat, No Mineral Water for drinking when asked for water water given in unhygienic unsealed plastic bottles, stinking & stains on Bed sheet , pillow & blanket(White Stain), Loose bathroom door always making hitting sound whole night, hotel is on 7th Floor no proper lift, Dirty filthy staff(Old Shutter lift), have to carry luggage till 1ST FLOOR FOR LIFT, Flaked moist walls

I book with breakfast but the hotel doesn't provide.The lift is not working we go with stairs I have a 5 year old child and with lagega go thru stairs

The online address & actual address is not same it was far,room was not cleaned, untidy bedsheet, horrible washroom,tv was not working,Staff was not at all supportive...i vhecked out immediately without being stay there..have raised complaint onoine yet to here from oyo team

I booked the room for 750 rs but at hotel I paid 1200 rs

I reached to at hotel before I have book room online Oyo room & also online paid payment.....then also cash rs:300 three hundred ruppes double charge for me at hotel receptionist, &also so many trouble for me...so very bad experience to me...And Mere paas upar se 300 rs zyada cash liya..

The hotel staff charge us 400 per room(800 for 2 rooms) for early check in. But we booked this hotel because the check in time in description was 6:30 am and we reached there by 7:30 am.

This hotel owner called me in the morning of the check-in day and shocked me saying that I can't provide you the room. Treat your booking cancelled and OYO keeps my booking without my knowledge. You can complaint of mine to OYO also.All of sudden I booked at another one with giving High price.What the hell you are dealing with such hotels.
