Breakfast was good, Had a lot of options, the serving staff were helpful.

The room was small from what imagined. Amenities inside were good and well maintained

At the time of booking bf was there But while check in system say no bf Paid 2900/- without bf not acceptable

The location - near to the railway station, in house restaurant and friendly staff except for the night manager who did not smile and rudely rejected any requests

The night manager- Sack him or train him

I like their service the way they provide and one of the best hotel in vadodra gujrat. Everyone should go to this hotel, and the staff are very polite and well maintained the environment.

This property is managed by Fern hotel staff. Cleanliness, Linens , Food was delicious. Staff was courteous. Location was very good. There was good spread of Buffet Breakfast. Even we had Buffet dinner which was worth trying.

Rooms was not spacious. good for couple but if you are travelling with kids you may find room little small. Safe for Solo travellers .

So, I had booked the deluxe room at the hotel, considering that I was for my senior citizen parents and I did a thorough research to book a hotel for their comfortable stay.Upon reaching, my parents were told that all rooms are the same size and were given the smallest room. I booked for two days. Unfortunately my parents had to stay for one night since it was late and checked out the next day and found another better place to stay. This was the most embarrassing moment for me as I thought I was booking a nice hotel based on the reviews.The fact that the hotel staff told them that all rooms are the same size, this means that they either lied to my parents on face or they are lying about their different room options on the website. As indian kids, we are always told that we are good for nothing and now this hotel gave my parents two months worth of ammo to prove it ?‍♀️To top it off, they shamelessly charged the full amount!

Food options are limited for whole day. You can only order food in specific time duration only. Only beverages are allowed whole day and options there, are also limited.Otherwise it's very good and clean hotel for stay and in reasonable price. staff is well behaved.

1. room facilities are adequate / more than expected 2. very polite staff in all sections of the hotel, including front office, restaurant, cleaners, and security guard3. tasty and adequate morning breakfast spread

1. Bathroom is tiny, difficult to even shower in the confined space. 2. In an overzealous bid to save paper, the front office re-uses the ID card scans of guests as rough paper. In effect, the photo-copy of guests' aadhar card (which we haveto give at the time of checking in) is used for "back side printing" in various parts of the hotel including restaurant, and back office accounts.... this is a serious breach of guest's privacy.

The food was good in the restaurant.

Excellent staff, Breakfast was awesome, rooms could have been bigger, no ceiling fan, AC only, had a few issues with getting access into the room but this was resolved.

The size of the rooms were small, no ceiling fan.

Location - The location is good. Easily accessible to the airport and nearby attractions. Autos are available just opposite of the hotel. There is a small temple and a convenient store where we can get necessary things like toothpaste, soap etc. Staff- The staff are very polite and hospitable. Food- They have limited options on the menu but there are enough varieties for the breakfast. Room service is available too.Juice and other food items provided for the breakfast were clean and tasty. However, IDLI recipe needs a serious fixing as idlis were like rubber.Overall it's a good property with polite and professional staff.

There wasn't any doormat (or an extra towel)in the room . Due to the weather, the floor was sticky and it was really uncomfortable to walk inside. I wish there had been a doormat or an extra towel. Flies- There were a lot of flies in the dining area.

Nice hotel, staff were very helpful and attentive, super deluxe room could have been bigger and although had AC a fan would have helped as couldn't open the windows due to security risk and being on the 7th floor.Buffet breakfast was fresh and absolutely delicious with a lot of variety and always being topped up.
