Amazing services clean rooms and good staff

Only location and staff ready to helpSafe place to stay. Location is central

1. Dirty and non operating bathroom. 2. Bath room mirror was dirty3. No short towels for bathroom. 4. You have to ask for every little things5. Staff provided toilet tissue when requested6. Ran out of tea during breakfast.

Location.

Cleanliness, Inefficient service.

It was dirt cheap

Headphones got stolen. It was dirty. The facilities were not working. AC making noise. No toiletries.

Room was clean and spacious, however, the bathroom was not good. Staff helpful but slow to react. Excellent location. Food prepared to a special request was excellent.

Have to negotiate steps in order to reach the hotel as well as no lift service inside. Needs to improve bathroom cleaning. Bathrooms definitely needs renovation.

Had a great experience here. location is very, rooms are premium and spacious. I didn't have any issues at all and felt safe too. will definitely stay again.
