Hampton by Hilton Vadodara-Alkapuri

Breakfast was good, staff was nice and location was good.

Bathrooms shower didn’t work, bath towels were very old & used , so it didn’t dry or absorb the water on the body.

There wasn't much choice, but the available food was good.

When I tried to connect to the Wi-Fi, the portal asked for many details, which was a little disappointing because, like other hotels, I enter the room number and then the Wi-Fi automatically connects.

On even on upgrade no hot water around 1609 hrs

every thing is Good except -2 Water bottel of 200 ml is not sufficent. After drinking water from two bottel, there wont'be water remain for Tea. Suggetion : at leat 2 bottel of 1 liter or 4 bottels of 200 ml is to provide per day in room.

The Vegitables are too much oily. Minestrol and Thai Tom soups are not like. There test is different. Following soups are not in Menu - Tomato, Sweet Corn, Brokolie, Cream, Vegitable Clear etc.

NO SWIMMING POOL AT HAMPTON

No Swimming pool.but they claim that there is swimming pool in hotel in ur site.its a plunge pool.felt betrayed

Staff were very friendly

Room service especially bringing towels in the bedroom. Out of our 3 days stay, two days we had to call to send towels in our room.

The staff was very professional and polite. The chef was master. The food was tasty and sumptuous.There is some room for the improvement for the room maintenance.

We loved staying here, the staff were very friendly and helpful. Thank you Mr Arijit Kumar Bose and reception team: Sangita and Kreepa were very kind, helpful and made us feel at home. Lovely stay nice clean hotel, location is good.

Clean comfortable rooms with affordable price

Breakfast was excellent. Location is central and very convenient. Its a happening place. Staff were extremely courteous and helpful. The room was very comfortable and clean.

The only thing is that there was a picture of a pool in your advertisement and so I thought it would be a full fledged swimming pool. Turns out its a splash pool, so I was disappointed.

Lighting is very poor. Not enough room to put luggage. Rooms are small.

Excellent stay and helpful staff. This hotel is located near a shopping center and very nice restaurants which made our stay very convenient.

Location was very peaceful and the heart of the city, very safe to stay late night. Breakfast was amazing and staff were kind enough to prepare the special tea of my taste.Reception staff were so co-operative, cheerful and helpful.
