The rooms are comfy especially the corridors are also ambient with good food which is delicious and hygienic.

Poorly trained staff. Hopeless buffet at all times. Too many basics are not available.

The room were super clean and new. It was relaxing experience

The staff was rude. We had a chat with hotel staff via booking.com to help me decorate the room for honeymoon. When I arrived at the location receptionist wasn't attentive and they said we havent gotten any such instructions to decorate the room. Also the staff were murmuring to each other about us.

Food was average. Service was poor across as most of the staff were new and clueless. Location was bad as it's away from central location and there is just too much dust in that area

Gym was not open late at night. Service at restaurant was slow. Overall response was slow but they were very accommodating

As per you booking amount confirmation they has charged me an extra amount of rs 1200 when I have asked the manager he told that the taxex is extra but your booking confirmation amount including taxes was 98oo something

Staff at dining needs lot of training. Food quality is good but people serving it are not professional enough. Need some smile on their face. They do not even serve water on the table unless you call them and ask for it. Breakfast time also, they all simply stand looking at their mobile phones without bothering what customer needs.

Even though it was my First Visit and having short time to stay mentioning few details like Room is Very Good its Perfectly large size room and very Clean, comfortable Stay,, with comfortable bed and a couch in the room, Food Quality is Also Good, Lobby area is Good. I have seen different in that the Glass Jug on the table to serve a drinking Water rather than Water bottle. Overall it was a short but very Good stay..

Delaying in Food service eg, in Breakfast and Dinner which I had. While I was taking Shower before I sleep and in the morning the Water blockage in the Bathroom area, staff has to work on drainage line. Other than Cattle on the table to make a tea I haven't seen any Cookies and chips packet over there or chocolates and any Soft drinks in the fridge so it is missing side.

Overall, it was not a good experience, not at all worth the price

The food was not good and had human hair in it .The staff was irresponsible and rude . the swimming pool also had a bunch of hair , insects and dirt in it . Even after seeing this the staff denied the fact that the swimming pool was dirty

The rooms are spacious and clean. Decent inhouse restaurant. There are good local.restaurants nearby as well.

Rooms 424 and 423 and 425 should not be allocated to guests. It is very close to the banquet hall and there is too much disturbance.The parties go on till 11 pm with food/buffet menu served in the hallway. So please avoid these rooms if they are allocated to you.

Room is very nice.Lobby is very nice.Bathroom is specious.

Price at booking.com & at hotel were different

Quick access to food service, reception staff politely arranged all necessary items. Adjustable invoice process as per guest requirement. Food and beverages are filled with required choices. Ms.Rajni ( at the reception desk) Mr. Manohar's assistance was really appreciated.

Very new hotel and rooms were superb. Restaurant service was also so superb.very good spa and skillful masseurs they have.

They have a roof top pool. However, the shower room was not cleaned properly when I visited. The pool looks like not to be used. Only as a eye catcher as a small party location.We stayed two nights and wanted our room to be cleaned as we were out on the second day for sight seeing. When came back around 4.00 PM still it was not cleaned. A lady later came to clean it but I would suggest they need to complete cleaning earlier than that.

The rooms are quiet comfortable and spacious. Cleanliness is up to the mark. Lot of options for food and delicious too

No view from the room. And Some of the Food plates were not that clean and had stains on it.

The rooms and property is well kept. The restaurant is also very good in taste and options.

Breakfast menu is somewhat standard and repeat. Items that get over needs to be brought to the staff attention at restaurant only then it refills. Tea cups and bowls availability needs to be checked by staff regularly. Television channel menu is provided however no channel works. Not sure why they put up a tv in room in such scenario.
