Our primary purpose of visiting Jamnagar was to go to Narara island and this hotel was a little far from that and also from the main city. But, we later realized it is one of the best locations possibly, with a good mall and theatre nearby.

Had hired Car for Rajkot Airport from Hotel facilities. that was more neat & clean than the room

There was a shoping mall, movie theatre, go karting, and game arcade store, which was very fun, the beds were comfortable, awesome shower unit, and the bathroom in general

The ambient light in the corridors were on the dark side, and the room were not completely sound proof as sound from the main road could be heard in the room, the couch in my room was stained, and the ac unit was not working well.

The location is very good. Rooms are spacious, excellent breakfast with lots of varieties south indian, Gujarati and continental. Services offered by the hotel are very good

Bathroom fixtures are a little old. In my room I faced the problem of bathrooms waterlogging.

I had booked city view room but i get room without window. Complementary movie tkts not allotted to us.After complain they convert queen to king size bed.

The choices of breakfast options was good and the staff working in the food area were really good

The front desk team need a lot of training on how they speak on the phone and in notifying customers what they need to bring to the hotel beforehand.

Everything. I was with family and asked for extra bed which was very bad. I was given two single beds which was not expected. There is only one premium room per floor so couldn't stay with parents on same floor. After bath gutter clogged. I couldn't sleep as clearly load noise comes to bedrooms on 4th and 5th floor from next door cinema. After paying more than ₹5000 per night per room this is very below standard hotel.
