    Pros +

    • Breakfast was good
    • The place was nice and the room assigned to us was very spacious. The tourist spots were within walking distance from the hotel so you can get your steps in easily! The room had complete amenities: bathroom essentials (bath soap, shampoo, conditioner, lotion); kitchen appliances (microwave and fridge); kitchenware; tv set and sofa (which are outside the bedroom). (Also appreciated that there were exhaust fans in the kitchen and the bathroom.) Can’t say for sure but it looks like the whole building is a little old already based on how the wooden parts of the room appeared, but they weren’t offputting. They also had a gym on the first floor of the unit, in case you need to work out a little after a whole day’s worth of touring. Lastly, the staff were nice and welcoming, and always ready to help, so they made the stay in Vigan even nicer!
    • Location as it’s close to the market and Calle Crisologo. It’s also situated in front of First Sinanglao, a very popular place to buy Sinanglao. Rooms are also very spacious.

    Cons -

    • Beening charge a lot for early in check in when I was told that there wouldn’t be charge
    • Might be because of the age of the building, but there is some sort of smell in the whole unit that bothered us at first. We got used to it after a day since there’s not much we can do about it anyway. Also, on our last day of stay, power went out a couple of times but I’m not sure if that’s a common occurrence since we were usually out of the unit 90% of the day in the past days and I didn’t ask them about it anymore since we were leaving that morning too.

    Spacious room. It’s a suite.

Small bathroom. Low water pressure on the commode. Slow draining water on shower floor.

    10NinaPosted on: 6-23-2025

Clean, good service, spacious room, ample parking with driver's quarter.

Calle Crisologo is walking distance from the hotel. The members of the hotel staff are competent and efficient. We remember in particular Ms. Princess who assisted us with our late check in and late dinner. It kicked off our Vigan experience remarkably despite the rain.

Spacious, close to everything, quiet, friendly staff and delicious breakfast❤️

The hotel was walking distance to the plaza and Calle Crisologo. The room is spacious.

At first it was just the bathroom that smelled like sewage. So I turned on the exhaust fan to vent it out but it made the smell even worst. We did not sleep comfortable because the entire room smelled like sewage the entire night. The water was only strong when it was cold, it was weak when we used the heater. Breakfast was served in the room which was fine, but guests should not be asked to wash the kitchenware we used in the room after breakfast otherwise there is an additional cleaning fee. It was not our choice to have breakfast in the room, it just so happen the hotel doesn't have a breakfast room.

Excellent service! The staff are very accommodating and friendly. The room is spotless and well-equipped—everything we needed was there. We especially loved the separate room for the kids. The internet was a bit slow, but overall, we highly recommend this place!

Breakfast was good, but it could be better! The food should had been cooked upon our arrival in the cafeteria so it's served hot, not cold!

Our king size bed rattled so loud as soon as we sat or laid down on the bed!!! It's ridiculous to had paid so much for a noisy uncomfortable bed!

    Staffs were friendly and helpful

Bathroom was dirty. Towels need immediate replacements.

    9DennisPosted on: 1-20-2025

It was very spacious, very clean and friendly staff. The location is great, just 5 minutes to Calle Crisologo.

The rooms are not soundproof. You can hear noises from outside most especially the tricycles and the beeping cars at the parking lot. There was also a leak on the kitchen basin. In the small TnB, the water is not heating up. They don’t serve butter for breakfast.

Nice and clean. The staff are accommodating and friendly.Room was big enough for 2 people.

Excellent and courteous staff. Place was clean and has nice ambiance. Elevator is a big plus since we have knee problems.

Need deep cleaning on some rooms. Smells and moldy

    9ShielaPosted on: 11-29-2024

Location is perfect, very near to places you like to see like the Calle Crisologo and Museum. Very nice room, very comfortable beds and accommodating staffs.

Place to eat in the hotel, they have a very small cafeteria where they can served your food, but we instead asked them to do a room service which more comfortable and convenient for us.

    8AhilaPosted on: 10-30-2024

Lovely room very close to Calle Crisologo. This is a condotel so like a 1 bedroom apartment, which is nice and spacious.

When our flight got cancelled but we needed to get back that day, we asked the hotel staff if they had a contact for taxi or private car. They mentioned they had a transport partner but the price they quoted was four times that of a car service we reached out subsequently. So better not to use their transport partner.

    10SuzelynPosted on: 8-4-2024

I like the size of the room. It's like you never left home. It has complete facilities and very comfortable to stay with. We also particularly like the bed, I feel like I wanted to buy one of this kind for our home.

Just a minor one. The smell of the room can be improved. When we first opened the room, it smells like old wood or wet carpet.
