Belltower CSheLi Suites Bantay - Vigan

Elevator was out of order. I have a bad hip and the stairs were difficult

It’s sooo clean and the staff are so polite and nice .

Ah the shower!!!! Don’t have much water goes out!!!!

Clean, spacious rooms and they had a parking.

Location is ok. Breakfast is okay.

Wifi very poor, always no connection. No in- room slippers and no bathroom slippers. Floor is dirty. Water pressure is so weak that almosts no water coming out

The place is nice to stay, the staff was helpful, breakfast was amazing, when the electricity cut off because of rain they have generator for keep the electricity work except the elevator which is ok with me

I don’t see anything is bad or not professional from them side and i will like to book same place in my future visit to vigan

I liked the location of the hotel as it was near the center. It was only a few minutes ride from the heritage site.

For the first night, our shower did not work. We had to borrow a bucket and a dipper. On the second night, we stayed in a different room and the issue we had was that there was no bidet. Oh well. But i still liked my stay there.

The room we had was so spacious for nine pax. But for us the real selling point, apart from the good customer services displayed by the staff, was the two seperate toilets and shower rooms which we found so beneficial and convenient for a large group like us.And not to mention we had breakfast included in the room rate, I must say that it was a good value for money.

We couldn't fault our stay at Bell Tower Suite except for the dust around the aircon vents. But When the receptionist was told about it she sent someone straight away to clean it.

Nice staff. Affordable and super clean .

number of beds and barhrooms

AC could not make whole room cool but they did provide extra fans.

big parking lot, location is close to belltower and good breakfast

facilities and food

This hotel was good for the location and price. Although one thing is the elevator on that day was broken and being put to fourth floor room was a bit annoying especially after your long travel and walking around vigan.

-The staff are very nice and accommodating -The hotel was clean, it actually smells like new-The bed are heavenly -Breakfast is okay-Parking is available -Privacy

-The towels are new, so there's a bit and pieces falling off or sticking to our bodies that we didn't like-The water's weak-Slow wifi-No hot water in the shower-The hotel feels deserted

The room. The breakfast. The place. The staff. The owner.

staff are fiendly and big parking space!

breakfast cannot be taken out. room was a bit small not enough table to work on my paperworks

The hotel was spotless and the staff were very polite and very helpful. Even walking with us to the main road to find transport. The location was perfect close to the town centre.

The wifi was a little slow at times.

Good breakfast, native ilocano longganisa.
