There was a day we requested for the room to be cleaned but it was not done..
The location was good, very much in the center of the town.
The old, wooden made floor was in poor condition (really broken in some parts) and the threat of injuring your foot in the night w/o the light was indeed serious.
Location was perfect for strolling around the area. We love the vibe and the structure of the hotel. Good staffs and our room is clean.
Good value for money. Clean and good breakfast. Very near places we wanted to visit.
Proximity to tourists spots
There’s no bathroom necessities like bathmat, hand towels, hand soap.Choices for breakfast is very limited.Floor boards creeked a lot but i guess you expect that on old buildings.
The breakfast was tasty, the rooms were clean, the location is very near the plaza where you can watch the dancing fountain and also a few meters away is Calle Crisologo.
The toilet and bathroom are outdated.
The location just 2 streets away from the famous Calle Crisologo. The staff are friendly. They have parking just across the street.
THE SHEETS ARE NOT CLEAN. YOU CAN TELL THEY DIDNT CHANGE IT. THERE ARE DUST EVERYWHERE AND EVEN A PRINTED BOOKING OF THE PREVIOUS GUEST! LOOKS LIKE THEY DIDNT CLEAN THE ROOM AT ALL!!! THERE WAS A CRACK IN THE FLOOR THAT IS A SAFETY ISSUES!!!

Floor needs to be replaced , dangerous No warm water in the shower room
The hotel is very clean, the staff are super friendly and the food was good. The location is perfect.
Location is good…near to calle crisologo and plaza. The staff are friendly and accommodating. They even allowed us to check out late.
Location and ambiance. Staffs are accomodating and friendly including security guard
Near town
On the 1st night, dogs are barking continuously, I hardly got sleep
Location, ambience, and very courteous staff.
The location is perfect, very near Calle crisologo and Vigan Plaza. The room is spacious.
The water heater is not working.
Location is right in the middle of Vigan. The hospitality of the staffs. Nice breakfast.
The sink in bathroom was stuck for a bit.Sound insulation not that good woke up with other guest's talking and door closing sounds.
It’s proximity to the famous landmarks and tourist spots and the hotel’s aesthetics which is in keeping with the area’s vintage look.
Vigan is known for its famous longganisa so 2 from our group ordered it for breakfast. To their surprise, they were served with 3 tiny pieces. To add to their disappointment, it wasn’t palatable. We stayed for 2 nights and we were only given a night’s supply of coffee. Some of the rooms need updating especially the shower heads. The air conditioning in our room leaks every morning. I even saw cockroach crawl towards our bed.
The Staffs are accommodating. 100/10The WiFi connection is good. The location is also good. Very near plaza and calle crisologo and other restos and cafe.
No heater. When we visited, its rainy and the heater is not working.
The property was very near Calle Crisologo and most of the restaurants in the area.
The room where I stay has some unrepaired floor which is squeaking and it is a safety issue. Other than that the room is good.
