We enjoy the pool area. The room is clean and very cool as well.

Nice location and nice facilities Don’t expect some crazy luxury but for what we paid and what you get is absolutely perfect. Considering that there is a nice pool too. The place is perfect if you’re stopping by or staying a couple of nights in Vigan. Probably the best place to stay in Vigan/ Bantay if you own a car as the main attractions of Vigan are only 5 mins away. Free parking as well instead of staying in Vigan which traffic can get very busy.

Could be a bit cleaner in the rooms and the smell was a bit musty. Again wasn’t expecting a 5 star hotel so I’m still really happy with the stay.

Everything. My family have enjoyed their stay even if I am not with them, I saw the photos they’ve shared and I was satisfied with the hotel especially the their rooms and pool. I’m glad I booked the room with a breakfast as well. The location is easy to locate as this is along the main road and just 3 minutes drive to JTC superstore.

The hotel is 10km out of El Nido town centre up a dirt track. Luckily they hire scooters for only $20 per day, so we got to see a lot by riding a scooter around. Room had a fan and aircon and good WIFI. Room was large with a verandah. The owner was really lovely. Very kind and accommodating. The pool looks good. It was under maintenance when we were there, so couldn't swim. You can buy water and beer at the hotel. There is also food options, but we didn't eat there. Overall it was interesting culturally. We are glad we stayed for a couple of nights and then we had a couple of nights in El Nido town centre.

No hot water, or bath mat, or top sheet, pillows a little hard.

I Great just need more choices such as the Vigan Longanisa. Location was great

Hot water shower only lasted I minute . Insect in the shower.

The breakfast is nice with vigan deli's and also ghe ambiance is perfect for a vacation thats budgeted.

They don't have hair blower but fine.

There are a lot I didn't like. 1. There is no staff in the reception area every time I needed one. What made it worse was that there is no bell to call on someone. I even kept calling the mobile number to only know that they left the phone on the counter with no one to check. 2. The telephone in the room was not working (that is why I needed to frequent the reception)3. The bathroom and CR have no door! This is the only hotel I've gone to that has the worst CR. When you take a bath or take a dump, others will hear it. Worse,, everyone in the room will smell your sh*t!4. Bathroom too small, and shower not working right5. The drainage of the bathroom is not working well. Water collects and drains so slow. 6. Wifi not reaching the assigned room for us7. There are hidden fees! I was surprised by other fees that were charged at the hotel. I guess that is the reason why they only accept cash payments to be able to charge such extra amounts.

Bed was comfortable, gym and pool looked good.

Bathroom was very smelly, plenty of cockroaches in bathroom, luckily we brought Bygone killer.? Noisy traffic from the highway, food menu poor choices and many not available.

I like the room

Aircon is not totally functioning, CR is too small, breakfast food is limited only and could not get another for a buffet setup

The room is spacious and beautiful.

They did not have my confirmed/booked room when I arrived. said they never received booking from Booking.com.

Its accessible. Though some of the staff acted mechanically, our short stay was fine. . Would use the same establishment should there be a need for me to stay overnight in Vigan City ?

A bit far from calle crisologo. But it was manageable.

If you’re travelling going to Farther north, this is the best stop over

Since there are a lot of people stayed, we need to ask for the towels and floor mat for our room.

Was able to book on short notice, price SEEMED good for a property a bit out of town - at the end it wasn t

1) Arrived a bit early at 13:45 and was told to wait, earliest check in is 14:002) got the room right next to the entrance so it was noisy and no wifi signal3) left 8am and returned 17:00 and found nobody bothered to clean the room4) big surprise on check out, while booking it said YOUR TOTAL IS XXX, PAY AT HOTEL but upon checkout got charged 33% MORE. Would not have stayed there for that price and this may be a scam between booking.com and the hotel to show you a TOTAL PRICE and then claim it s before taxes and service charge (taxes added first so you pay 12% SERVICE charge on your taxes).I had no service, no room cleaning, no complementary water bottle so why I need to pay?Don't get me wrong, the Vigan area is fantastic and people are great, I shall return but not with booking.com and not to Scam Garden Hotel!SMS Hospitality, whoever you are - you have work to do!

the staff is polite and helpful. he was able to solve every little problem encountered. Everything was fine, the structure is a bit dated but in a good state of maintenance.

The only problem encountered was the bad management of the booking customer service. Arrogant and wrong.
