Ukl Ever Resort Hotel

The facility exceeded our expectations, considering the price that was affordable for a family. Our kids enjoyed so much in the pool. We will book again in our next staycation!

just the location and friendliness of staff

room is too small and bathroom / shower needs fixing and the airconditioning also

The water from the sink was leaking to the floor, the toilet hard to flush, the hot water was really hot

swimming pool was nice

Breakfast is okay. Resort us far from city center.

Check-in tookba long time since room booked was not ready

silent environment and easy to book.

food need to pick up by client../ room delivery to be available....airconditioning unit is abit noisy?

Very small but perfectly equipped room, friendly and helpful staff, and a great swimming pool.

BreakfastBut no coffee

Stain in bed sheete

Staff excellentFacilities godValue for money ok

Cleanliness

Even their price is like that. THEY SHOULD GIVE THEIR BEST SERVICE.. That's all.

The rate is fine. But the bathroom and comfort room was VERY BAD. the toilet bowl is very small and you CANO NOT SIT well bec.the KNEES bump on the walling. UNCOMFORTABLE.?. As well as the cleanliness in their CR n bathroom is dirty on the floors. The SHOWER can not be used bec.the water is not strong. So you need a PAIL. THERE are cockroaches roaming around in the room?

Location is good, breakfast is good too

Cr so dirty, and the hot water is no good

the breakfast was good, and the staff is very accomodating

the internet connection is very poor, if you need to do some emergency work or need to attend a meeting or class while on vacation it will become a struggle with the very poor internet connection.blankets are so thin

1. Pool. Spacious and Kids Friendly.

1. Pool. And a bit crowded since it is a public pool in the day time and maingay sa Gabi since until 9pm open Yung pool. If your room is located on the Ground Floor. 2. Food. Since they serve only breakfast. Not very organized. And hampered when all guest are in the restaurants.3. Room. Toilet is not spacious. Hard to flush. I recommend to check your contractor if they put a ventilation system on your sanitary lines for proper discharge.

Breakfast was included

Heater does not work. The shower head is defective. The other room has no light in CR. And water from aircon leaks in the floor.

good receptionist and the staff assisted and helped us going yo the rooms with our bags

Friendly Staff! ??????

False advertisement! The other Swimming pool is not working and needs to pay a fee to use it! ??????

Staff's were very accomodating, our room AC was broken and they immediately transfer us to other room.

Bathroom was not properly cleaned, trash bin were not emptied, many spider web along the corners.

Generally, the amount i paid for a single nite stay of 8adults/2kids with 2 fair sized rooms was just OK. adding comfort is a complimentary breakfast.

Please fix the facade and the facilities of UKL. I know it was because of the pandemic, UKL has suffered, like many other same businesses, that what we saw is quite disheartening. Nevertheless, i can foresee better days ahead

Good service to guests
