We had a great week at Ciudad Fernandina. The breakfast were fresh and tasty. The location was perfect, the hotel is centrally located to all the sites, museums, and markets. We had the best sleep in all our time in the Philippines in the comfortable bedding and amenities. The staff was excellent. They helped when needed and let us just be otherwise. They all shared big smiles and a welcoming attitude. Thank you.
Location and friendly staff
There’s no hot water. Internet was terrible. Hair dryer keeps on dying. I think there’s no exhaust in the bathroom cause obviously can’t find any button for it.

It has no kitchen of its own so they dont serve lunch or dinner. However; there are a lot of restaurants nearby so this is not an issue.

We’ve staying in this hotel everytime we are in Vigan. Brings back good memories. It is well maintained. Staff are friendly. It is walking distance from Calle Crisologo but still far enough not to be disturbed by the noise from the new bars that sprung.

the hotel staffs where very accomodating.. the hotel was very clean and relaxing.
The breakfast served was delicious. Staff very attentive and helpful. Overall a very pleasant overnight stay.
