Bendix Hotel San Fernando powered by Cocotel

service is excellent. the staffs are courteous, friendly and helpful. internet is fast. will definitely come back.

The location of the property is close enough to our itinerary. The staff was also very accommodating.

The price of the breakfast buffet is awful. 1500 php per person for a small selection of food items was so bad. That’s already the price of a good dinner buffet. The taste of the food was not even that good. What a scam. The hotel lobby smelled like strong chlorine, and somehow smells like urine also. Go figure. The shower head holder keeps falling off. The overhead rain shower is not working consistently (reducing the water pressure for a tiny bit will direct the water to the hand held shower. The worst of all was the shower heater. There’s no middle ground - either ice bucket challenge cold water or water from the 7th gate of hell. Did not have a comforting shower during our stay.No welcome kits were provided, and the soap on the dispensers were all out. The rooms were not sound proof, you can easily hear the noises in the hallway.

We had 2 free breakfast for adults and my 9-year old got hers for FREE! She honestly enjoyed it more and finished her plate which is quite rare. Location was perfect for us. We stayed there to catch the giant lantern's last day of show. Thank you Bendix!

Location

The bathroom was so small, that I couldn’t turn myself! To get into the shower I had to climb over the toilet and the door to the shower opened only half, so that I had to squeeze in.

Location, comfy bed and soft pillows. Staff were polite and helpful.

Floor a bit dusty when I first came in.

The room was dusty and found 2 small roaches next to the bed. Staff were polite and courteous.

Staffs are helpful & accommodating. ?????Near convenient stores, just across catholic church, near food chains.

Poor to no wifi connection. No access to Netflix etc. due to poor wifi connection Rooms near the road is noisy all throughout the day & night, we hardly slept; rooms on the other side, noisy due to air conditioner motor noise. Food in restaurant (Ruben’s): non tenderized meat, bland taste

The breakfast is just okey, and they really follow the time. I think the location is also okey.

About the food, at least they include bread or toast for breakfast instead of noodles so that there will be another choice.

Accessisibility to the mall, church, transpo, market and restaurants.

Most of the time, when i booked they usually give me the same room

The staff- from security guard, receptionist and even those in the cafe...they find ways to exceed customer expectation.

Price can be lower bec other than the location, the hotel doesn't have much facilities to offer

Price does not match with service

Weak wifi, poor breakfast, too noisy, not clean, no hot bath

The toast at breakfast

The disgusting bedding with body fluids stains , the noise from the road, breakfast the hot meal options were cold even with 1 hour to go before ending, the lift was broken with 6 bags had to walk the stairs, the showers havnt had a good clean in a long time, over priced for value property very tired

Breakfast is not good . The location is good House keeping and maintenance is very poor

Only location

The staff were all accommodating. The Rooms are very clean with clear instructions on how to open the shower heater. The Location is great! near groceries and food establishments. We were there for the Holy Week and the hotel is near the Metropolitan Church were all the places of the Meledo activity starts/end. The breakfast was complimentary.

The Rooms were not sound proof. I can hear the generated noises from the other room. I was also put into the Church or Road view, I can hear the vehicles passing by.

Location. Staff friendly

Was initially allocated a very old room when clearly there were many empty rooms available in the renovated erea eith the same rate. Very disappointed with that kind of process.Water in shower was either too hot or cold. Not able to adjust!

The location is perfect - near church, bank, grocery, special local restaurants and transport facilities. Just great!

I can’t think of anything

no facilities and the the bar closed very early eveningsthe breakfast was pathetic absolutely nothing the staff were diss organised and did not know what the clients had booked from their packages the place is listed as 3 star I would not give it a star absolute waste of money and highly priced the staff were useless

It was a very nice hotel. The bed was comfortable. The bathroom was clean. Breakfast variety was good even with an omelette and pancake station. Staff was very accommodating. Thank you Gio & team for arranging our rooms for us.

location. transportation right outside and Main Street to eat and convenience stores

not enough garbage containers

Very good location, large rooms

Quite old amenities in the bathroom, service overall was quite poor and breakfast was not good
