Bliss Hotel San Fernando Pampanga City

All i can say is this property is located in St Jude Lazatin Blvd area.The staff are friendly and helpful they speak Kampangan Tagalog & English.The receptionist guy on that day i checked in in Bliss Hotel gave me double room room for 2 persons 2 beds even if im travelling alone.In this room they have flat tv GMA kapuso affordable box minibar telephone wardrobe cabinet where you can put your clothes safety box 2 chairs 1 round table were you can seat eating drinking coffee or watching tv.Slippers in the roomThe splittype aircondition is colder and the bathroom have hot water shower clean room.This property doesnt have elevator you have to use stairs were you are going to your room and doesnt have Resto inside bcos there is a lot of Resto outside on the left side on the corner you can find Jollibee Robinson Supermarket and the other store on the corner.In this property you find Dish & That Resto nearby and the other establishment in the area like other Resto 7 eleven on the corner shell gasoline station.Chowking.If you want to go to San Fernando City market you can take tricyle is cost P100,- Ph pesos but you have to make a deal with the tricycle driver for price ridingThe minimum price when you riding jeepney round trip is P/20,- pesos one way ride.

They dont have boiling water in the room but you have to make a request for that if you want to drink coffee inside the room the receptionist will going to fix it for you.You can not pay by Visa & Mastercard you have to pay by cash,,

Huge room space with table and chairs.

We hope to have percolator and additional pillows.

THE TOILET IS TERRIBLY BAD SMELL. THEY DO NOT CLEAN THE ROOM. THE AIRCON IS NOT WORKING WELL PLUS IT IS SUPER DIRTY. BRACE YOURSELF WITH A DUSTY and NOT SO COLD AIRCON

Nice location. Price is quite reasonable.

The comfort rooms need to be improved or somehow renovated.The telephone lines were all not functioning.

Old room, wall paint is flaking, untidy room & toilet. The hotel specially the garage rooms definitely needs a fixer upper.

The place is very clean and it's very comfortable. The staff are very accommodating and the hotel is accessible to many good restaurants.

Hotel staff allowed strange people/ PROSTITUTE to the guy’s room. Asked money although two guys did not call or order them and both of us had to go to police station at nigh from 11PM to 3AM. Police seem to know these girls very well and convince our two guys to pay some money for them to close it. It is very crazy!!!

The bed was bmcerry confortable. The staff is young and not overly trained but they are very attentive and do their best and are reactive. I recommend this establishment

the good… it’s cheap… had towels, tooth brush, soap, shampoo, aircon., drinking water.

a few cockroaches in the rooms and other bugs, dusty, no water… apparently water system broke down… it was working later on but water coming out had sludge and was very dirty and brown.

We have a lot.First the pictures they show here. Being honest we thought it would be a nice hotel (like in the pic) at least knowing oyo gives good place at best price but we were a bit disappointed because the place they post here in booking.com is different. The room's photo is correct but the rest of the amenities is not. It's a drive-inn/Motel not a hotel at all. The bliss hotel they post is like an abandoned hotel and the drive inn rooms remains. We wanted to cancel our stay during the first night, unfortunately we cant get a refund.2. The staff.The staff is not accomodating at all. When we dropped off the mid age guy asked my name for the reserved room then went to get 2 water (free) then he asked for the payment and just hand signed to go with him. We were a bit confuse but followed him. He opened the door for us, didn't give us a key at all, he didn't give mw my change yet, no words and left.I have to go down again and asked the lady staff for the key and change.The guy went to a different room to give water( i guess it was ordered).And he asked me for 500 pesos for the key without explaining what's the 500 pesos for.So I had to asked him. I also had to clarify to him if it's refundable. He said yes and explained the need to pay 500 deposit for the key.My cash was not enough so I had to ask my friend if she still has cash with her, I asked him if I can just give the 500 deposit once we go down since we were going out that night anyway.He agreed at first but just minutes after i went to our room he tang the doorbell asking for the deposit as if we'll runaway with it.Other staff are a bit nicer.3. The roomThe Comfort room is not that clean. There's a pubic hair on the faucet below the shower.

There is no breakfast. We want to order but kitchen is closed. Housekeeping is closed, no housekeeping. There is no one who can assist. There is an old man who is masungit. He should be kind and more accomodating. Or better yet, he should not assist customers, he is better at the back door.But i commend the girl who is receiving the guest booking, she assist us in the online booking..thank you ate girl, kung sino ka man. TV, only 1channel can be watch, no other channels. No Netflix or any channel pwede malibangan, manood..boring..

Ok nman ang airconditioning it's cold. We got two rooms. But the other room it's hot, airconditioning not good, maybe lack of freon.
