brbrbrPet Policybr•The property will allocate one (1) floor exclusively as a pet-friendly floor. br•The maximum number of pets allowed in each room is 1. br•Pets are allowed for a non-refundable additional fee of PHP 1,000 per room per night. br•Pets are limited to domestic, trained dogs and cats (up to 60 centimeters in height), as well as caged hamsters, guinea pigs, and rabbits. br•Dogs and cats must be fully vaccinated (Rabies, Distemper, Leptospirosis, Parvovirus, Parainfluenza). A copy of the vaccination record and health certificate must be submitted before check-in. br•Pets must be healthy, clean, and well-groomed. Dogs must be always leashed; cats must be transported in a pet carrier. Cat owners are required to bring a litter box. All pets must be in a pet carrier during check-in. br•All pet necessities (equipment, towels, food trays, pet carriers, food, and water) must be provided by the guest. br•Dogs are required to always wear diapers, especially in public areas. br•Pets must be always kept on a controlled leash when outside the guest room. br•Guests are responsible for all costs, damages, and liabilities caused by their pets. Additional charges may apply for damage or use of hotel towels and linens for pets. br•Pet-friendly areas are limited to guest rooms, the main lobby, and the main entrance. Pets are not allowed in dining areas or food and beverage outlets. br•Guests are responsible for cleaning up after their pets and disposing of waste in designated areas. br•Pet(s) cannot be left alone or unattended in the room or public areas. br•During room cleaning, guests are required to exit the room with their pets. br•Pets must check out together with the guest. br br/ All children are welcome.
