Spacious and clean room with big shower. Lots of options to choose from at the breakfast.

They rooms were super clean and modern with very comfortable beds. Full kitchen and refrigerator. Very new facilities.

Very minor stuff, no shower stalls, just a single curtain keeping water off of the toilet.

Clean, pleasant.

There seemed to be few guests and several facilities were unavailable. The lack of activity made the atmosphere rather eerie.

Shower had no power No response to questions in Booking.comFront staff were very average for a 5 star hotel - not very helpful or proactive. Could have been friendlier and hospitable We got out on level 1and they were having a party. We were practically pushed back into the lift and treated badly

Very comfortable room and bed. Large selection of dishes for breakfast, many of them new to me so a good chance to sample some Vietnamese dishes.

I was on the 14th floor. A karaoke party on the 4th floor was so loud it was difficult to relax and despite speaking to the staff nothing was done about it and it went on until 9pm. I guess it’s not on every night but it spoiled my stay. Location is very uninteresting. Wouldn’t stay again.

Some signs of moulding (on the grouts) in shower room. Air vent is a bit dusty, should be cleaned more regularly.

Nice room. Well appointed.

The hotel is under construction. The entire building rings with sludge hammer pounding and jack hammers end late at night and starting very early in the morning. The noise can’t be slept through. I was on the 11th floor and it was loud all the way to the ground floor.

Room was Huge (spring for the executive suite if you can). Super clean and comfortable bed. Great shower

Not a ton to do near the hotel but if you have a motorbike it’s no problem

Bizarre facilities. Restaurant closed apart from breakfast. The advertised “Sky Bar” (open for drinks and snacks until 11 pm) was in darkness with no explanation. My wife attempted to get a drink at what appeared to be a bar in the lobby and was told the bottles on display were for “decoration” only. The hotel was portrayed as 5 star luxury. Room apart,it was not.

This hotel was hard to beat with the price we paid. It has a grand and elegant build with a gorgeous room with a view. The facilities were good, with a great underground parking area for plenty of bikes and security, an incredibly comfortable room, with probably some of the nicest carpets I’ve ever come across in a hotel in terms of how they felt under the feet. It had a good location in the city, it was clean and the staff were really pleasant to interact with.Overall - Great hotel for a great price.

The breakfast buffet was not really what westerners are used to, so expect to find something “different” to what you are used to, however what you will find is still delicious and not to be looked over. This is not a criticism of the hotel in anyway, just something to be aware of.

The staff were so lovely very professional..There kindness was the best part of our stay..The reception staff were extreemely helpful and kind..The manager Quan was an absolute awesome guy he spent time with us always eager to help us.He even drove us to catch the train..Our stay was of high quality and we really enjoyed everything about our stay ..Highly recommend

Great location with plenty of parking. Good selection of gym equipment.

Great hotel. Good location being close to Lotte. Everything seems clean and new. Great friendly staff very helpful with helping me change travel plans because of the storm. I like this place very much.

Pool was closed, terrace was closed, in the spa there was no sauna and no massages. This was a big dissapointment to us since the reason we came here was to chill a little bit. Staff was unfriendly and could not speak english. When checking out- staff told us we took a towel and they wanted to charge us for the towel?! When checking the room ourselves towel was in the bathroom…All things considered hotel was too pricey for what they offered us and it was an unpleasant experience

The room was good.

The front desk manager was so unprofessional. He Asked for the passport and nothing more. I ask him for some information and he doesn’t even answer to us. In 5 star hotel that is not acceptable. All the staff with phone in their hands and not even say hello when you come in.

It is new! Clean and well Equipped. the kingbed size a bit small but not a big deal! Breakfast is OK with variety of choices! Big parking place!
