i like that it is near the city

the noise, i think they were having a drinking session... they were noisy downstairs while I was having an online class from 7-10:30 and the wifi is so slow..

The room is fairly big but it is like a bed sit facility set up.The bed must be 20 year old, I can feel the spring on my back, it’s so uncomfortable, the sofa is ripped, under the sofa and the bed hasn’t been cleaned for a long time, rubbish under the sofa, food stains on the wall. All in all it’s pretty disgusting. The only reason we stayed because of a exhausted journey and arrived at the city super late.

Friendly staff. Happy to try and help despite not speaking English. It was a bit chilly so they offered us another duvet which was kind. Inside space to park the motorbike.

Hotel was calm and welcoming … the receptionist was very cool he helped me order my first food lol . I enjoyed my stay

Room well appointed and clean.Reception staff (owner/manager?) very helpful and very pleasant.It was nice to have a bedside light rather than walk to the door to turn the lights off.Only stayed one night, but Thanh Hoa much larger than we expected, so could have spent a full day or so exploring.

Bed was incredibly hard.Would have benefited from a kettle and tea and coffee, but same can be said for most hotels in SE Asia

This a nice hotel in a very quiet area. Lovely hostess who made me feel very welcome. Room was big and comfortable with kettle and fridge etc. Don't tell Booking.com but I stayed for 2 extra nights at a reduced rate.. cash only of course! Recommended.

Some people wouldn't like the standard of cleaning in the bathroom.. but it was perfectly adequate and hygienic.

A very clean and well appointed hotel in a town that doesn’t seem to see too many westerners. Very friendly and helpful staff.

The room was really big and comfortable. There's not much fourniture but it's enough. The personal is super nice. The room is not systematically cleaned everyday which I think is really good. So you can decide if you want people to get into your room or not. On the overall, the room was better than I expected.

The hotel is at 20min walking from the center, which is a bit inconvenient if you want to eat something at night. But with a bit of organisation it's not really a problem.

the first room was dusty with an intense smell of cigarette.the bathroom sink had a leak so all the water flowed on the floora little far from the city centre by footunstable WIFI

Good location and secure parking for our motorcycle. Also there's a great restaurant round the corner "Lucky BBQ" really cheap and as much as you can eat.

The hotel was noisy, the bathroom was disgusting. The drain was full of rubbish and the taps or mirror hadn't been cleaned in a long time. I suspect it's because the cleaner was in the room opposite watching TV with the door open. Also the hotel was so noisy all night and it came from everywhere. We hardly slept.

Well sign posted...great room and lovely hot rain shower. Quiet area, but 15 minute walk to great restaurants on main street.

A very basic room but clean and big, with lovely big windows and in a quiet area. Internet worked well. I was able to rent a motor bike from the hotel to look around Thanh Hoa.Coffee shops and food places reasonably close, about 10 mins walk. Good value for money at 300K per night.

Good place to crash & to head out to see local sites and history.Nice hot shower and good aircon.Everyone friendly, i was invited to eat local food and drink rice wine and enjoy their company over a couple of hours.

Abit dirty at the start of my stay but we got it sorted out.Minimalist towels, so bring your own
