Dai Viet Hotel

Lovely hotel close to the train station and centre of town. Room was very big and well appointed. Bathroom was good too. Buffet breakfast had lots of options.

Spacious, clean, very tidy. Friendly staff, good breakfast. Close to the city centre and railway station.

Excellent quality/price ratio. Breakfast Excellent. Position close to railway station, one bus station (east) and all the banks.

Staff not speaking much English and not helpful on travel info.

Nice stay, great location, nice staff, good breakfast

The bed is a bit hard for me

The room was very nice, huge and clean. The shower and bathroom spacious and comfortable. Just remember to mind a mini step entering it.

The staff was... earnest. Seemed disturbed by our presence. Or, better say, not disturbed at all :)

A very nice and comfortable hotel. It is close to the train station. You can't hear anything of the main road from your room. The bed is very comfortable and large. The bathroom is large. The room is also very large and you can easily sort your clothes. The laundry service is great and the laundry smells very good. Everything was clean. The staff speaks poor English but with the translator everything went smoothly. The breakfast was sufficient and varied. I had a very nice stay and will come back when I am in town again.

the room is big with big window.breakfast is good

the shower room cant keep dry, water leaked to the whole toilet.no disposable slipper, and the size is unreasonable small

Very clean and big rooms. Good location to get to and from the station. Not much around the hotel to do but we were only passing through. Nice breakfast.

Staff don’t speak very good English so you’ll need Google translate if you’re not Vietnamese.

The place is exceptionally good at that price. Every corner is decorated super nicely. Rooms are spacious. Breakfast is good. I have nothing to complain about.

Very clean and comfortable. Good breakfast and location.

the hotel was lovely and clean. location was good and central to everything you need. the staff weren’t very chatty and didn’t smile very much. Apart from the parking attendant who was lovely always greeted you with a big smile.

staff in the hotel weren’t that good.

The room was very nice and quite clean. Breakfast was good, the staff at reception were friendly and attentive.

The room cleaner did not do a good job, she used a wet mop and still leave the floor kinda wet after cleaning.

The placement was amazing, there is a big park near the hotel which in the evening turned into a market. Additional to that ATMs were in reach as well. A big supermarket is right in front of the hotel, which made it easy to get some snacks. Room is big and comfortable. Bathtub is big enough to comfortably lay in.

The service wasn’t really nice. Weren’t capable of speaking English and only knew a few words. You could hear everything from the outside, be it the upper room filling up their bathtub or the escalator. Which made it really hard to get some rest. The bed was a little bit uncomfortable cause of its hardness. This also applies to the couch.

Very clean with reasonable cost, wonderful breakfast, will stay again if come back to here!

Room I stayed was good and big.

They will ask you for advance but don't give you receipt for that. They don't even keep good records. They asked me to pay, even I had paid advance. Because of non English speaking staff, it was really hard for me to make them understand. Finally they accepted. I wanted to stay more but I felt embarrassed and checked out right then and had to chose another hotel. The bathroom was kind of chocked.

Clean, comfortable and good value for my money

The hotel is located right at the city centre.Room was spacious and clean.

Nice location, room was clean and comfy, include breakfast with a good rate

The staff was not very friendly

Nice, large and comfy room.

Bathroom could be more clean.

Super comfortable bed, really hot shower, the size of the room and the buffet breakfast.
