Pros +

Really friendly staff.Close to the main road.2km from the Plaza mall.Clean.Basic bathroom.
This was one the cleanest hotel I stayed at. The owner went out of his way to make me welcome. The place has lots of room for parking and is quiet at night. The owner speaks English well and can suggest and inform about the city.

Cons -

Bed was rock hard.
It's traditional Vietnamese bed. Lol I'm old and need some cushion.
