Meliá Vinpearl Thanh Hoa

Excellent

Beds are small for a family while the room is very large. You should provide bigger beds for family rooms.

Clean and spacious. Great location

Rooms nice and spacious and huge beds, clean and comfortable. Nice reception area and pleasant mannered staff willing to help.

A few areas in the bathroom looked a little worn and a few extra touches would make the stay more memorable.

The room is spacious, luxury, affordable price, have space for parking, friendly staff. Highly recommend to stay here, family and couple is all ok

The brekafast price is quite high

Ambience was amazing. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The restaurant on the top floor was great. Swimming pool was very clean.

Lovely modern hotel in the centre of the city. The tallest building by a long way so great views. Fantastic staff throughout. Call out to Sua who oversees the restaurant and bar on the 34th floor, she was amazing. Great breakfast. And all great value!!!

The pool was lovely, but it seems that local children come to use it in the afternoons which is chaotic.

Rooms are clean

A lack of respect was shown by other visitors who failed to acknowledge the diversity of people from different backgrounds. They took pictures of us without our permission, which felt intrusive and disrespectful

Nice change after roughing it for few days while riding motorbike. Quite few posh looking people around for obvious reasons, but this hairy and dirty biker didn’t get funny looks. I certainly appreciated being moved to lower floors as I am not one that enjoys heights. So be mindful how high some rooms are.

Comfortable room, well kept hotel.Great locationGood choice of food during breqkfast

I booked 'the level' which offered fast check in, snacks and drinks in the level lounge. This was all rather disappointing and not value for money that I have received at other hotel chains. Had to keep asking for items to be restocked, had to call down for staff assistance,. Check in was slow and painful, only difference to normall check in was a glass of juice and a cold towel. Melia you need to up your game.

We had planned to only stay one night but due to bad weather we stayed for four nights and could have stayed longer!!

Altered my booking as arrived 2 days earlier than expected , the manager was not very helpful when i tried to alter my booking as i ommitted breakfast ! Also my friends upgraded to lounge level ! Liem was very understanding ! Customer service lacking !!My deluxe room very comfortable bed etc ! The resturant could do with a massive shake up ! Serving cold food after a long wait ! Breakfast had lots of choices !20th floor , not good with heights , but panoramic views !

+ Incredibly friendly staff+ Very clean, large and comfortable rooms+ AC works perfectly + Roof top bar, 2 restaurants and a gym with spa+ Beautiful lobby area+ Very good value for money

Vietnamese style breakfast, the Spa is excellent you have to try it, very good international restaurant at the 34th floor

The equipment in the gym could be updated

Food was perfect and the selection was plentiful. staff was very polite and friendly

Everyone and everything was wonderful

5-star service and comfort. Great breakfast and courteous staff.

A bit of training of staff on english language would be a great input to the service, although Google translate works best.

Thank you manager Mike (Thanh)! We are a family of four (two babies under 2). We booked a premium corner room that was located on the 27th floor. There was a fire alarm (False alarm) and we had to exit the building using the fire escape stairways. As we did not know it was a false alarm I had to carry 2 babies down 27 flights of stairs (it was exhausting and worrying). As you can imagine I was very upset. The manager (Mike) was wonderful, he arranged an upgrade to a V.I.P Suite including Lounge access. This was amazing. The room was about 92m2, and was very beautiful. My family and I were over the moon with Mike's resolution to our problem. Everything about this hotel is wonderful, the staff, the location, the rooms, the food, the swimming pool. I have stayed here with my family 4 times now and will be returning in the near future with some other family from the UK. I never consider any other hotel when I visit this city as no where else can compare. As a side note, when I stayed there in the summer previously the hotel offered a free shuttle service to the beach, this is something we will be trying on our next visit.

Nothing, well apart from the fire alarm incident but that was resolved in an amazing way, thanks again Mike.

Luxury, cleanliness, friendly staff

Roof top bar was amazing for a sunset Beer! Rooms were clean and stylish also. Throughly recommend

I recently stayed at Melia Vinpearl and the experience was nothing short of spectacular. The view of the city from my room was absolutely breathtaking. The pool was spacious and clean while the gym was well-equipped and perfect for a good workout. The staff were incredibly professional and attentive, ensuring every need was met with a smile. The skybar was a highlight—great ambiance, refreshing drinks, and a perfect spot to unwind. The rooms and overall hotel were impeccably clean and modern, providing a comfortable and luxurious stay. To top it all off, a high-end mall is conveniently located just around the corner, making shopping and dining easily accessible. Truly a flawless experience!

Great location, yet there was an on going construction so we had to switch rooms
