Comfortable and clean room with a balcony. Lots of space to put your things (wardrobe, bench, shelves). Quiet place and the best part is that it is just steps away from the amazing and huge park that surrounds a lake where everyone goes to walk every morning and evening.

Staff helpful. Room clean. Great cleaning crew. Have a restaurant. Safe and adequate parking.

The room TV is operated with 2 remotes not just 1. In the past there was only 1 remote control needed. I could operate that very well. This new 2 remote control system is too confusing for me. So I gave up trying to understand how to work it. The staff kindly explained to me 2 times but I gave up trying to operate the remotes. I watched Internet news on my Android tablet.

Convenient location for stop over on road trip from Chiang Mai to south.

The air conditioning was a bit too cold and not easy to control.

I always overnight here on my way to the south. Great location for the highway between Chiang Mai and Bangkok. Excellent bistro nearby.

There is no kettle in the room, although coffee is freely available in the lobby.

Restaurant closed a little early for me

I have stayed at this property several times before, and was never disappointed in the past. The location is good, and they have decent facilities. The elevator works, and there is a nice little free coffee/tea/cocoa machine with good hot chocolate.

This time we got what may have been the worst room in the hotel. The bathroom fixtures were disgusting, the tap in the sink dripped even after turning off, there was no water pressure in the shower (drool), and the air con was louder than in any of the other rooms I've stayed in here so far. When I told the staff about my experience the next morning upon checking out, their only response was: you can specify you don't want room #708 next time. No apology for a horrid experience, and no promise to improve the room's facilities.

Very convenient, plenty of parking, very spacious rooms. Everything you need at a very good price. The elevators work, the water pressure is good, and the location is nice and quiet, even though it is very convenient to the town and the highway.

How about for such a low price, a really great hotel. Simple, not new anymore, but we found everything we needed for a short stay. Also, next to a very beautiful park.

Location was good, close to food and market.

Beds were not comfortable, too hard for a good nights sleep. Festival in the nearby parkland was very noisy, impossible to sleep.

The rooms were extremely clean and tidy. Great location near the lake. Great value for money.

The beds are very hard, I would say Thai style firmness.

Onsite/off road parking, very clean, hot water in the shower, comfy bed, spacious room. Good sized breakfast for a reasonable price.

No shampoo and swimming pool.But its okay for few days

We didn't stay for breakfast, but the complimentary coffee/tea/cocoa machine was surprisingly good! And there are lovely areas for sitting and enjoying your drink in the lobby. Very nice, receptive staff. Ample parking and very central location without being noisy.

The water quality was terrible -- it smelled of chlorine made my skin very dry and itchy. This could easily be solved by installing a large water filter for the whole hotel where the municipal water enters the building. The bathroom walls needed a good scrubbing.

Clean, good budget hotel for stay over, centrally located

The aircon we could not regulate, it was either on or off.

Good size carpark. Some English speaking progs on the TV. A bath. Aircon. Hair dryer. Bed OK. Nice location to the park.
