One of the best breakfast buffets I have had at the price of the room. Staff were all excellent.

Street noise is a bit much if you stay in a room that faces the main road.

The hotel has lots of good breakfast to choose from. The location is at the center of the province and pretty easy to find. Staff is also attentive.

At fifth floor, I can hear music playing nearby till late at night (after 11.00 pm) So if you want to turn in early, it might be a bit difficult to sleep.

Breakfast was great. Buffet style and plenty for all 5 family members of different ages and backgrounds. Location was useful, right in the middle basically.

Honestly not a lot, nothing bad to say.

The television didnt work properly,, in the night there was a rumbling from a pipe somewhere under the floor which woke me 3 times, Have stayed here before and didnt have any problems.

The very friendly staff took care of our bicycles. At first we were given a room towards the main road, which is very noisy, but we had no problem switching to a quiet room on the other side. Excellent buffet breakfast with eggs to order. Close to The Walk shopping mall and the lake park.

The windows are not fully noise proof, one can hear the trucks and cars of the main road.

I stayed at this hotel for 2 nights and 3 days on my way to Bangkok. The facilities were great, the room was spacious, and there were many large shopping centers and delicious restaurants nearby, so finding meals was never an issue. During my stay of over a month in Thailand, I struggled to find a place with consistently hot water, but I finally experienced it here.

I didn’t face any major difficulties during my stay, but communication with the staff was quite challenging. It was disappointing that they couldn’t fully understand what I wanted.

Close to the highway, can be positive but also not so invitational to go walking.My Thai girlfriend said she had the feeling there where ghosts active in the hotel :-), she smelled and heared ghosts during the night…

Location was excellent and the room was clean.

Breakfast isn’t enough due to abundant of guests.

Good place on great location (right on highway). Staff is good. Rooms need bit of improvement as carpet on floor is old-fashioned now (accumulates lots of dust and smell).We are vegetarian and staff provided us with vegetarian food when asked, much appreciated but very limited options in breakfast for vegetarian people.

Bit smelly when you first enter the room.

The beds are comfortable and the hotel is well located. We only spent one night here when we were passing through and checked out early in the morning. The breakfast was nice.

We found the hospitality to be pretentious and not genuine. Considering the facilities and size of the hotel, it felt a bit like a boom boom hotel.

Looks like a one night stand hotel, no thanks I dit not stay there but I paid for the room and the left.

The room was clean and spacious (it was after all a premium corner room).

The fittings are maybe looking a little tired now and could do with a refurb. Curtains didn't quite close and the shower water could have been hotter (albeit adequate).

Bad smell coming from the bathroom drains. Lots of noise outside the hotel (party with very loud music until 1am) and lots of noise from the air conditioning machines.

Mold in A/C system and carpets.

All the staff, reception, bell boys were simply wonderful, a credit to the hotel. The breakfast has great choices, the rooms are nice and modern, the location is ideal for Central Town , shops , restaurants etc
