Location and cleanliness

NA

The quality far exceeds the price. It's clean, bright, and has plenty of comfortable furniture. Many thoughtful touches aren't often found in hotels: extra hangers on the wall in the hallway, shelves above the refrigerator and at the entrance, a drying rack on the balcony, even a remote control holder by the bed (we've never seen that before!). Downstairs, there's a nice, spacious hallway with fans and sofas. Plenty of electrical outlets. A separate shower area in the restroom. Mosquito nets on the windows. The upper floors have good views of the city. It's sometimes noticeable that this isn't a new hotel, but it's well maintained. There's a 24-hour 7-11 convenience store at the entrance to the courtyard.

The WiFi isn't perfect, but it works.

Good location near food and the park. Clean comfortable room. I loved that there were screens on the windows so we didn’t need to run the air conditioner at night.

Amazing value old school hotel...big rooms with nice view. Cannot be beaten for the price. There are restaurants close by and 7/11 out front. 10 minute walk to the park

The location is good. Easy to find. For a room that coats less than 500 THB, it's worth the money.

Staff was not friendly at check-in ,but ok when check-out.

Very clean, good location walking distance to the lake and the park

Good location on the way between Bangkok and Chiang Mai. The good staff, nice rooms, very attractive price. They had the good parking as well, so it is suitable if you travel in the car.

We hadn’t any shampoo and/or showing gel in the room that is really sad if you need to use the shower.

Very reasonable price for the night. Close to a beautiful park with a lovely coffee shop. Staff were friendly

Insect repellent is needed

The rooms are clean and big. Centrally located.internet speed is good.

The socket next to the bed is old. It took several tries to get the charger to work.

Great location . Centrally located and walking distance from the beautiful lake and all the shops , bars, restaurants etc that you would need to get to. The room was a generous size and very well priced

Cheap

Staff impatient when asked questions. Only want to checked us in.Very poor sound proofing.

Very affordable price and good location.Near 7 eleven, café, restaurant. And it has a large parking for motor bikes and cars

Everything all right

For the price, it's excellent. A hot shower, a big, comfortable bed. And a fridge. With water in it. Short walk to restaurants and a 7 Eleven.

Large room and bathroom, small balcony. Fridge provided. Good aircon and Wi-Fi. Plenty of storage space. Coffee, water dispenser and microwave available in reception area. Quiet location at night. Big shopping mall about a 15 minute walk and the bus station maybe 20 minutes or so.

The sound proofing is not great so if you have noisy neighbours on your floor, it's hard to relax/sleep.

Its quiet, clean, and very affordable.

nothing, the elevator worked

quality and cleanliness and malfunctioning aircon

The room is clean daily.

Some staff was a bit hard to comnunicate for sovling the problem in a serious situation, doesn't care enough for the guest's health

room, bed staff

environnement is all concrete

Quiet

Not really clean. Ants in the room. Bathroom sink leaking.
