HOP INN Chaiyaphum

Room was very clean if a little basic. Hotel is very close to Air Chaiyaphum coach station and a number of restaurants

Room is on the small side if you intend to stay for more than a couple of days

Modern clean super functional hotel .Very comfortable for sleeping with excellent quiet air con and very comfortable bed.Opposite bus station for Bangkok ( though not for northern destinations)

Nowhere to really sit or relax in the hotel apart from bar seating in lobby- there are however local bars and coffee shops

It was very clean and staff were friendly. Didn’t expect much considering it’s a 2 star but was very pleased with facilities.

The beds where very hard,

wifi strong, location good, comfortable room, quiet, friendly staff, water hot in shower

coffee could be better, parking a little crowded in evening, need hair dryer, towels ok but like more fluffy

No breakfast option is provided, the hotel provided free coffee at the lobby , everyone can enjoy this self-service coffee in the morning from 06:00-10:00 a.m. sufficient parking lot. valued for money.

Staff very polite and helpful, room decent size, comfortable bed and good shower, would of liked more hangers for my clothes, otherwise very good value for the price.

For an overnight stay it is perfect, small but clean and comfortable.

If you don’t have your own set of wheels, trying to explore the Tat Ton Waterfall and Mo Hin Khao (the Stonehenge of Thailand) is a bit of a hit-and-miss affair. Our best option was to make a pitstop in Chaiyaphum and Hop Inn Chaiyaphum seems to fit the bill better than the other choices available. Newly-opened it was clean and much thought had been put into making the room as comfortable as possible for the short-stay guest. The facilities - room, bed, bathroom, cleanliness - are pretty acceptable for the asking price. In the morning guests can help themselves to some complimentary coffee while waiting for their transport. What transport you may well ask. There is no taxi service here! (Luckily we did get a ‘taxi’ to Mo Hin Khao with the help of a fellow passenger). We were told that there is a songthaew terminal right across the road from the hotel but when we went there we couldn’t detect any sign of activity. However the helpful lady receptionist had taken the trouble to cross over as well. Eventually she managed to hail a songthaew to take us to the bus terminal to catch a bus to Korat. She was the sole bright spot of our stay in Chaiyaphum! Other than her we did not meet a single soul who could understand, let alone speak English. This is a non-touristy town and trying to get some semblance of dinner was a major undertaking. And the hotel is within walking distance of the town!

It's clean and quiet.A staff member was VERY kind and helpful, as she help me find departure-time information for the bus to my next destination (which is often hard to find online).

Staffs....Really needed a big change real quick.Never greeting nor thanks to guests, There are 02 (two) counters for check-in One was used for check-in other guests, one was vacant .it's that not that busy front staffs not even acknowledge of me and my family arrived, waited there for them to asking the purpose of my visit. I'm not a celebrities i'm just no one, i'm just the regular costumer so I don't needed and never ever asking for a red carpet service to welcome me ..But at least acknowledge of me stood there waited for there assistance that all i needed.
