The Zense Boutique Hotel

The staff is very gracious and welcoming. It is an inexpensive taxi to and from sights. The morning breakfast is great, and we discovered some nice local places to eat along the river.

Cleanliness

Nice pool and room but there’s nothing special and worth 80 dollars we paid

Not good breakfast - everything not fresh ( that’s not only my opinion, but other customers as well )

Everything is good. Especially all staff are nice. Accommodation is clean and good too.

The Swimming pool is easy to slip and hard to see the step because of the floor tiles is all the same color.

Always staff first, they made the stay worthwhile, friendly and courteous. Hotel still looks clean and well maintained.

I think the price/ quality lacks compared to , for example, the Pride hotel. Yes, its better located but I worry for a hotel when only 3 guests stay on average. And a silly side note, the night guard, who is a kind man is always accompanied by 2 dogs, one of them barks and might intimidate guests.

Pleasant

Water boiler did not work properly. Water temperature in shower was not stable. First too hot then after adjusting too cold. NOT WORKING AS IT SHOULD WORK !

It's actually a very nice hotel but please see below.

So we booked the Jacuzzi Suite. This was done on the basis of a separate room.and a sofa bed. We were a party of 3 including a 10 year old. The Sofa bed simply does not exist the small 2 seater sofa was inadequate to sleep any child comfortably. We requested an extra bed and were charged a staggering 700 bhat even though the unit description clearly states in more than one place there's a sofa bed. A polite conversation with the hotel staff only got an apology for the inaccurate description no reversal of the extra charge. Now onto the food it could be so much better however we'll over 50% of the menu was not available. I can honestly say my Thai partner ordered a chicken dish for me well they served up pork. This could be so much better with attention to detail. Breakfast in fairness was pretty good the dinner not quite. For the prices they charge go to Central where you can get a full steak dinner for less.

Good and Clean. Travel with kid is ok. Staff is helpful.

Nothing: There is a long list of reasons why I will dispute the 1 night charge cause we left 1 hour after we checked in. Why?1. Mosquitos: We could not use the poll 2. Work: Due to poor internet I could not work. I will write a letter as to the other 8 reasons that this was the worst experience of a hotel I ever had when I return to my home.

1, Mosquitos resulting in that we could use the Pool 2. Internet: My wife could access youtube and I couldn't work due to the poor internet connection 3. Constant Noise: Dog Barking 4. No Safe: Staff said for only "signature" room but I paid for a signature room 5. Breakfast: Poor, Pork only choice 6. Balcony: No chairs 6. False Advertising: Sign in Lobby said "Agoda 9" There is no way this place was a 9 and my wife who speaks Thai agrees. I will dispute the 1 nite stay for all the above reasons. I have photos of the mosquitos.

Quite nice hotel with friendly staff. The rooms where ok and location also. Breakfast ok although not so much variation.

Unfortunately was the pool not in it's best shape. Found algiers on the pools bottom which didn't make the bathing felt fresh. Otherwise nothing to complain about

staff wonderful, always kind and professional. the room was excellent and the cleaning perfect. the jacuzzi really nice. we stayed some night at the bar on the pool to enjoy the drinks and the atmosphere. everything was perfect and we’ll come back as soon as possible

The staff are very helpful. They also speak English so it's easy to communicate with them. Zeab has gone out of his way to make our stay beyond our expectation. He is hardworking and is very concerned with guests like us. The front desks Aom and A are also very welcoming and accommodating. The chef even cooked for us who don't eat pork. The interns are equally attentive and kind. We would definitely recommend this hotel.

The heated water system was broken when I stayed. There were too many bird living under the same roof and made so much noise in the morning.

Not as expected. The picture is big and look a lot facilities. Come out like apartment.
