Mayflower Grande Suite Hotel

Good big clean room with working AC, working TV and some wather cooker etc. Ok, place to stay.Good localisation big parking if somebody have a car. Very quiet area.

I didn't like that place trying to be more VIP then it actually is. It's not cheep, looks good but place is not "cozzy" in my feelings.Probably can find a better stay for that money - but huge pluss is that it's very quiet.Has a big parking spot and it's as it is.

Clean and modern hotel. Good breakfast.

Water in Swimming pool need to be cleaned better

Location was good, rooms were clean and modern.

The breakfast was not very good which was made worse with flies all over the food. The towels provided were poor with lots of loose threads I had to ask the staff to change them.

The hotel was clean , staff were friendly . Room was spacious . Bedding was clean . Towels and toiletries provided . AC . Good WiFi throughout . Kettle and cups . Bed was comfortable . Bath and shower . TV Good location.free Thai breakfast included

Pool . It had attrached birds from the next building .also the pool was not private .

Good location, clean room and nice breakfast

Unclear information about which tower for check in

A big spider body was left in room however when told to reception they didnt pay attention

A big spider in room , my daughter was scared Hotel staff was nice and try to find it but reception didn’t care about it

We were only staying one night on route to Chiang Rai. After staying that one night, we wished that we'd been able to stay longer. The area had more to see and the hotel and staff were very welcoming, friendly and helpful. We will be back.?

Not there long enough to find fault.

The breakfast was perfect and the location ideal for my needs. The staff were so friendly and helpful, the rooms to the highest and cleanest specification. For the first time on a booking.com booked hotel (and I have booked very many), the stay could not have been bettered. 10/10.

Very modern, large and clean room, comfortable bed and good aircon. A decent selection for breakfast.

The bathroom design would have been better without the bath and with an enclosed shower.

Great sized clean room just 10 minutes from he airport with free shuttle bus. Hotel pool is pleasant and plenty of free parking. Breakfast buffet style with reasonable choice.

N/A,

Room was clean, staff were super helpful, hotel was in a good location to restaurants / cafes near by.

Modern, clean, bright and comfortable with bath! Breakfast was good.

Nice clean new

No toilet paper for two days. Even after cleaning

Nice big clean room with comfortable bed.

The pool is nice but needs a privacy fence as next to carpark. Breakfast was average.

Unfortunately we only stayed one night, the room was spacious, clean and a comfortable bed everything was provided and great friendly staff Good location will definitely use again

Amazing value for money. Nice modern rooms. There is a pool that is small but nice. Breakfast was decent thai food. Nothing to complain at this price range though.

nice

The hotel is nice and clean, service at the reception is ok.The big problem came when we wanted to check out, we have rented 7 rooms, one of my guests is contacted by the reception, where they announce that there is a glass that has been broken, which has to be paid 60 thb.You don't contact me, who was responsible for the booking??I turn to the reception and confront them that I wanted to see this glass and definitely was not satisfied that they did not contact me before all this happened.5 minutes after my request, a cleaning lady comes and starts pleading and tried to explain that it was a mistake, now half of my guests are Thai so they overheard her complaining about it, so I can only give the hotel 1 star.

Really nice room, large, clean, comfortable. It has a bathroom, which is a rare find!

Twiggling led in a fire alarm on the ceiling. It's so bright and desruptive, I couldn't sleep:(

Recommended by a local Phitsanulok friend, and I hit a jackpot!Strategic location, spacious room size, impressive facilities, nice breakfast too!Thank you

Location was fine, the city is pretty big but it was simple to call a grabBreakfast was okay, a combination of Thai and western food Pool was great! Clean! Just enough chemicals to keep it clean but didn’t burn the eyes

Breakfast was pretty cold by 8 am…didn’t really add items because I think it was pretty slow
