Friendly, helpful staff. Hotel is laid out nice with a great pool in a tranquil setting. Great a/c and hot water!

staff is excellent limited english but they find a way to communicate. location is just a little bit far ( walking distance that is) from convenience but area is safe.this is not a negative comment in any way

Facilities and workers were amazing. While the buffet was not available everyday, the staff went out of their way to take care of us and feed us well every morning. I was very happy with the gym, being able to get quality push/pull/leg workouts in everyday. The pool is very nice, but we only swam once. The room is very spacious, loved having a microwave and dishes in the room.

Beds were very hard. If the beds were softer, this would be my go to hotel in Phitsanulok. This was my 6th visit in the past year. Hot water was almost non-existent, we had to take cold showers every day. I've stayed at Pattara Resort & spa, Top Land hotel(3x), Pride hotel, and this was my first time at The Imperial.

The hotel quite old. Staff not so friendly and helpful when we came to check in the staff look like don’t want to help us with the suitcase much and on the check out date nobody help us with the suitcase at all!

Dining facilities were really nice. Good coffee.

Breakfast was ok. No breakfast meats to go with eggs except for hot dogs that tasted like nothing. Potatoes were hard as rocks. Nice atmosphere and comfortable dining room. Almost all wall outlets in the room were covered up. Fortunately we brought a power strip and were able to plug in all our electronic devices. No outlet near the bed where I needed to plug in my CPAP. Too bad, nice hotel but the room was lacking the basic needs for charging devices. You would think in this day and age, the would recognize the need for it. There was a phone jack near the toilet. Does anyone really talk on a landline while on the toilet? I personally have never needed to do that.

Top notch hotel. The pool was beyond brand massive in size. There could be a few more lounge chairs around it.Breakfast was the best in our three months of travelling…five choices of bread for toasting !

Excellent place to call home base while experiencing Thailand!

Not that it's a big deal but I'm from Canada and used to having a face cloth at hotels. Had to buy my own. Other than that everything was excellent.

Best thing for this hotel is that its located in a quiet neighborhood

Never judge a book by its cover, this hotel looks modern but the rooms are very old

Very large quiet room and most comfortable bed. Air con was very strong even on low setting with temperature turned up.

No safety deposit box in room or with reception apparently they recently removed them from the rooms. 2 of the 4 electric sockets didn't work and the reception on the tv was so bad it was unwatchable. Breakfast was average though the dining area itself looked amazing.

Check in/out speedy, nice comfortable rooms, kids loved the pool

Maybe because it was low season, but I found it not very warming atmosphere. Very empty, staff barely around and not super friendly ( they were not unfriendly, hard to explain)Room was spacious and clean, although a little run down, such as bathroom door, caulking etc.

Didn’t end up staying here I decided to drive 6 Hrs to Bangkok instead!, the room had a bath with shower head! I called and asked if they had a room with a walk in shower and they said no, all rooms were the same. The bed was hard as a rock and the hotel is just old and doesn’t seem to have had any maintenance done or renovations.

The hotel had many amenities, but none were executed very well. The staff's English comprehension was poor. The food was just so-so. The air conditioner worked well.

The rooms were in very poor repair. Greasy smears on the walls, bathroom looked filthy.

the electric system in the room was malfunction, had to take out the bulbs due to lights turned it selfies on....strong sent of paint

I thought that if a child stays for free (7 yrs), that includes the kid's breakfast as my booking inludes breakfast but I was wrong as we were asked to pay 149 baht for my kid's breakfast.

The front desk to room service ratio is fine,

however the food hygiene is quite poor.They use the hot water from the noodles to boil eggs, even though they don't clean them first and claim to have done so in the wine cooler. The chief didn't wear a face mask or any other form of protection when cooking.
