Ruean Phae Royal Park Phitsanulok

Big clean rooms, easy to find location, friendly staff.

I didn't try the breakfast but the food at the pool side was great. It is in a very accessible location

Location and staffs

Breakfast is not hot food and not fresh. Not taking care of customers as much as they should. The area where food is served does not clean food that falls out of the container. The taste food of the some menu is not up to standard. No have the security box lock for storing items in the room.No telephone service in the room.

The room was clean and a good size.

It is more a corporate hotel geared up for confrence meetings and large groups. The breakfast room is set out with very big round tables seating 8 people, breakfast was poor cold fried eggs if you were lucky, no staff available if you want a fried egg, so very disappointing.

Very big rooms. Located in a safe area. Hotel breakfast was limited but very delicious. Big lobby and large rooms. Lots of free parking

Need more fruit for breakfast

Location great for airport

Bathroom very tired no hot water mixer tap on shower very old and broken tiles in bathroom dirty and damaged , bed very hard .Breakfast said on ticket open at 6:00 but never opened until 6:30 and still only half the buffet available eg no milk , juices etc and never seen any staff in buffet to ask for things

Very good

No egg station in breakfast room. Poached eggs from kitchen were cold could not eat.Not the end of the world …but spoilt breakfast. We have stayed many times and will return again …tonight actually 6 days

It is an old hotel with its charm. Clean n Spacious hotel room. Good location and friendly staffs. Breakfast selection was good.

Old style bathroom, bath tub with half length of side screen so after shower the bathroom floor will b v wet n slippery. The floor mat was fully soaked because of it too.

Overall a good hotel, large spacious rooms, large comfy double bed. Good value for money and will stay there next time I visit Phitsanulok. Good parking for car, so is an excellent choice for those travelling by car

large room and credible connecting wifi as nice

it could hear next room talking voice through very thin wall

Very large room, normal breakfast, easy access from bypass road.

There is no dinner in the hotel, and if you weren't bringing something to eat, you might end up having street food nearby or some quick food in petrol station.

Located on the main road, the hotel is confortable and efficient. Unfortunately staff don’t speak English and we had a challenging experience with both wifi and plumbing but it got fixed ultimately. Breakfast was ok.

Well when you arrived it looked like you was in a palace

When you got to your room needed so tidying up a bit

Everything was perfect, and the enthusiastic and friendly service staff helped me solve all my problems! Extremely high cost performance, completely beyond my expectations, very comfortable!

hot shower did not work

The caring and sincere respect expressed by everyone in the hotel transformed a hotel into a home.. Thank you, Anthony

That the time went so quickly.

Old hotel and staff services does not meet expectation
