Topland Hotel

A little worn and threadbare, it's a solid 3.5 star hotel. But we were quite comfortable there. The rooms are big enough to actually open a suitcase. Had a good feel to it.

Just that it was a bit worn and threadbare (time to replace the carpets, folks).

There was no variety in the breakfast. Furthermore, the lack of any breakfast products such as olives and cheese was not worth the price paid for the breakfast.

I have visited the bar at Topland Hotel on several occasions and consistently found it underwhelming. The service is average, and the operating hours are inconvenient, with the bar not opening until 5 PM and often closed unexpectedly for reasons such as bookkeeping.

Excellent location, great quality nice and cheap. Topland hotel is my go to place in phitsanulok

Price above average cost I stuggeled with booking online , but the reception staff were very helpful and they manged to sort us two rooms with conecting doors

This is our go-to hotel in Phitsanulok. The rooms are a good size with comfortable beds and lovely pillows . The staff are friendly and attentive and everything is very clean. The location is great too, only a 10 minute walk to the train station. They also make a great omelette at breakfast.

Staff could not communicate in any English. 2nd floor restaurant had the same breakfast 9 mornings in a row. No gym. The pool was very cold, and there was no hot tub. No services could be charged to the room(mini bar, room service, spa, ect)

Located within the city and five minutes from the Phitsanulok station.The hotel has amazing restaurant within the basement level - 'SpeakEasy', including Thai and European cuisines. Had dinner here almost everyday of the stay. The hotel provides internal access to Topland Plaza - shopping mall and this is a great place to shop with good quality items, not as huge like Central Plaza though.Safe location and easy access. Room service was good.The hotel has conference facility and many levels of parking.

Hotel decor is outdated and gives a feel of 1980s & 1990s era. The floorings, curtains, bathroom, room decor, etc. all needs complete renovation. The bathroom has marble walls and vanity and has visible wear and tear.Bathroom sink in room 1509 needs fixing since it appears that the plumbing might be partially blocked.The breakfast restaurant at level L2 needs full redesign.The Chinese restaurant next to 'SpeakEasy' is not great for value for money and the food quality is just at par, frankly, MK restaurants have better quality food, so certainly would not recommend the Chinese Restaurant at Basement Level. Breakfast was okay and the food quality was at average.This hotel has great potential to improve and to do well since this is located at the heart of the city and very famous among the locals.

Close to Wat Phra Si Rattana Mahathat Woramahawihan and convenient access to city main roads. Comfortable and clean rooms. Breakfast is average. Good view from the high floors.

Be careful when staff takes your documents to make copies. They lost some clipped documents (90 days report and similar) but found them back after my averting.

It was outdated but really comfortable. We had a great view of the town. Attached to a shopping center and has some really good restaurants and a spa in house. Good value for money.

LOCATION VERY GOOD CAN WALK TO TEMPLE AND HAVE MANY KIND OF FOOD AROUND THE HOTEL.

Scrambled eggs at breakfast had vegetables in them not a good idea in my opinion

Fair breakfast, on the bland side. Limited menu. Bland slices of ham, sausage. No yogurt. No mixed cereals, only cornflakes. Bland pastries. Cold, tastless. No croissants. Coffee machine broke down.

Very gloomy hotel, almost depressing, the equipment is already somewhat outdated and is very poorly maintained. The cleanliness of the rooms is also not the hotel's strong point, but it is true that this unmaintained equipment is not easy to keep completely clean.In general, the hotel's attention to detail does not correspond to a 4* hotel, it is very shoddy. We will not stay at this hotel again.
