The location the staff in the room will excellent but I really like the breakfast on top of everything else.

It wouldn't hurt if they had a elevator and more wall hangings.

Never again.Have you ever been in a sewer? That is exactly how our room smelled.We booked Mosstel based on its high reviews, but our experience didn’t come close to what was praised online. When we entered the lobby, there was a strange odor, but we didn’t think much of it. After a quick check-in, we went to our room and immediately noticed a strong air freshener smell—often a sign that something is being masked.When I opened the bathroom door, the sewage smell hit me so strongly that I almost passed out. It was overwhelming and completely unacceptable. We immediately left the room, returned the key to the receptionist, and left the hotel.A few minutes later, the receptionist called asking why we had left. After we explained, she said it was because we had originally booked a second-floor room but asked for a first-floor room instead. Regardless of the explanation, no guest should ever be given a room that smells this horrible.

Friendly and helpull staff.In the city centre.Good accomodation and room.Price/quality perfect.Tastfull and variated breakfast, well organised.The room was spacious and comfortable.Lots of parking possibilities.Friendly dog to welcome people.

The location. It was impossible to find a place to have dinner around the hotel. It is closed to a big shopping centre but no local restaurants

The location is excellent and nearby Central shopping mall. The room was clean and roomy for family. Well-equipped with necessary amenities.

- The breakfast needs to be improved. A toasters for plain bead/whole wheat bread with butter and jam would be great. - I requested 2 extra pillows but the staff only allowed 1 extra for my son. ? I normally need a body pillow to help me sleep too. But oh well, they wouldn’t allow it.

Close to Central Phitsanulok in walking distance. Quiet neighborhood. Nice and helpful staff.

The location is excellent - within walking distance of the mall. The staff were friendly and helpful. The rooms had a lot of electrical outlets, which is rare, and decent seating.

There were no hand towels in the room. The breakfast, while including hot & fresh dishes, was not anything to look forward to (at least coming from a non-Thai person).

Rooms were clean and comfortable

No lift. Had to carry suitcase up to our floor. Breakfast was average. Staff can be more friendly

The room was well designed and the bed was comfortable.

The breakfast was very basic but that is not unusual for a small hotel in Thailand. The location proved to be awful, although not the hotels fault as there was a VERY LOUD concert nearby which ran until after midnight and offered no chance of sleep until it stopped.

Loved the simplicity and modernity of Mosstel. The room was comfortable and well-designed. The location was easy enough to find and convenient due to its proximity to The Central
