Pros +
- Simple, stylish, comfortable. For the price, a very good room.
- Clean, tidy room with breakfast included. Breakfast options were a little limited but overall more than fine to get your day started. Friendly staff and a very good location. Next to the Teak Museum which we enjoyed very much and not far from the night market.
- Very clean, comfortable bed, nice bathroom with warm water, yummy breakfast, very friendly staff, great location close to market.
Cons -
- The electricity went out during the night leaving us wihtout air conditioning for hours.
- Coffee not included. This is the first time on booking.com that I paid for breakfast included and no coffee. Bathroom sewer drains had bad odor.
- The room condition was not good enough when we checked in and it is suggested that proper cleaning should be done to ensure that customers feel relax and comfortable with the utilities including bathroom and beds. Dust can be seen in some surfaces.

Bed was comfortable. Air Conditioning good. Big Room. Location close to city center.

Staff are kind and helpful when we requested to reclean the room as it seems that the room has not been used for few days and therefore dust can be seen on all surface. Staff took immediate action cleaning it and adding an air purifier to the room as we said we are allergic to dust. The location is very downtown and close to the market and temples around there.

The room is ok. Easy parking. Quiet place.
The breakfast is too simply by this room price.
Location was ok. Staffs were polite.
Our booking consisted of twin and triple rooms for 5 people. However, we were contacted by property for upgrade offer to 1 family room (can sleep 7 people) with 2 bathrooms. They sent us photos and we agreed for the upgrade. However, the room was less than our expectations. The floor and sofa were a bit dusty. 2 bathrooms with 1 drainage were quite strange for design. Water from 1 bathroom would go to the next bathroom for drainage. Bad smell also came from one of bathrooms.I ordered pork boiled rice for breakfast but it was left cold and rices weren’t good. I couldn’t finish it.Everything in this hotel should have been better than this. It would enhance our experience in Phrae.
Cool industrial design with nice local touch decoration. Good location, friendly and helpful owners. Breakfast has limited (6) but tasty choices . It is served in the lovely cafe and comes with one of their excellent coffees. The free bicycle came in very handy to visit some out of town places.
Bathroom cleaning could be better.
