Wi-Fi sometimes doesn't work in my room Nr.328.

There were connected buildings from lobby to the rooms. We had to carry our luggages and go down and up the stairs to change the building. There were available staffs just sitting in the lobby but no helping and any service from them.

Very Good Location & good service mind from the hotel's staff.

Everything was very good. Staff was friendly.

There was no restaurant open. It is closed now. No timeline to reopen.

Breakfast was limited, with only one fruit choice, the eggs in the warmer were past their best. Only powdered milk for coffee, so we took our own milk and yogurt. When bookings were low they offered an ala-carte breakfast and the eggs were better.

The room was small with coffee, and no powdered milk, This could easily be improved by offering tea and coffee even with powdered milk.

If everything you want is a nice, clean, spacious and practical room, then this hotel will fit the bill. The staff were friendly and spoke a little bit of English. The hotel is open 24h. Rooms are serviced every day. Breakfast is included and will fill your stomach, but there are more Asian than western choices. The elevator situation, where you got to walk down and up again some steps after exiting the elevator, didn't bother me at all.

I don't actually pick hotels based on the standard of the rooms, but based on other things I find under the description on Booking.com. What got me here was this: Restaurant open from 7 am to 11 pm, outdoor furniture, designated smoking area, bicycle rental. The bicycles are free to use, but there are only 2, so you might need to get an early start. They were the usual beaten up city bikes, which is fine, but you can't adjust the seat! It's fixed for small Asian people. Nothing of the rest existed! The restaurant is open for breakfast only, NO outdoor furniture, and smoking is standing by the gate! There is nothing for sale, not even the usual standbys like pot noodles and various bags of snacks, not even cold drinks. The WiFi is pathetic. Works fine, but every time you change location, you must sign in again from scratch with the password. I'm feeling ripped off, both due to the lack of facilities, but also due to the pricing policy. Totally overpriced for what you're getting. I booked in advance, but a week before arrival, the online price had dropped 25%! Also, my room was on the back, and I couldn't open the windows because of pigeons, and the security lock on the inside of my room didn't work.

Reasonable prices.Good breakfast. Hotel have parking free and location is near night market and municipality market.

Comfortable bed. Staff were very friendly and accommodating to find us a parking space for our rental car.

Dirty sheets, outdated TV, toilet not clean, shower water pressure was hit and miss. There was a phone in the room however it wasn't plugged in to anything. Breakfast selection was very limited of food and drink.

A little tired but it is a quiet town, and very humid,

right in the center of the city which is easy to travel to places around the city

the air-conditioner was too small and it could not fight with the hot weather right now. Even I went back from outside at 10 pm but the room was still too hot. Then, I asked for a new room to stay and i got another room which is a bit better but it was still not cool even the temperature was set at 16 Celsius degree.
