It's a nice secluded spot. Very peaceful spot to unwind. Fabulous swimming pool. Breakfast is not quite as good as last year. That could be the increase of cost and economic climate.

When I first booked. I mentioned that I was on my honeymoon, and I would like a double bed. I didn't get it.The housekeeping was a little poor. We had to ask to have the room cleaned.I know things are tougher than last year when I stayed. But if you take preventive measures on maintenance. It's better than cure, which is normally more costly. I still love staying it just needs a little TLC in places.

Very spacious villa units. No traffic noise at all . Just a short distance from the main drag.Breakfast was plentiful. Highly recommended!@!!

The location

Brilliant quaint little place, on a lakefront.Great rooms, fantastic pool with a jacuzzi.Basic good breakfast. enough to power you through the day.The staff is helpful and the best part is that they have your room with an adjacent garage to park your car.For people traveling with heavy luggage, its such a relief!

The only grouse would be that the beds were a tad bit hard, but this is a norm throughout thailand.The bathroom could do with a little work on upkeep, the fitting still work well, but dated.

Very friendly and welcoming staff. Excellent breakfast and pool with lovely quiet gardens.

Lack of restaurant. Only catered for breakfast. Did not try out so cannot comment on Quality.Provision of shower booth will improve bath facilities. All fixtures are provided but water from shower spreads on floor of entire bathroom

Breakfast: Thai, Northern, and western cuisine. Great varieties, salad bar, one fruit, two Thai desserts. The garden is beautiful, and the swimming pool is salted. The room is so spacious with a separate living room area with mosquito screen and a fan; love it.

The hotel disinfected the room, but we felt the perfume used in the room was too overwhelming and intoxicated. We had some issues with the room (room smell and our early arrival), but the staff was trying to fix it and accommodating our needs.

A brilliant team of professional and dedicated staff work hard to make your stay fantastic. It’s exceptional value for money as it includes a varied breakfast: cereal, toast, fruit, eggs, coffee for western palates and incredible Thai/ Lanna food: sticky rice, Northern herby sausages, nam prik ong, a curry, coconut deserts. (You won’t need lunch in a hurry!)The gardens are well maintained, a clean is offered every day and there’s a mixture of rooms to choose from- close to the swimming pool or a little bit away from it if you want more privacy. The pool is great for relaxing, there are bikes to borrow for a scoot round the lake. And as long as you have a car, you have access to some of the most astonishing scenery in Thailand. Nan is simply beautiful, and so green at this time of year. Thank you for a lovely and memorable stay.

The rooms were very spacious with a bathroom, sitting area, vanity and bed. The staff were very attentive and helpful. Breakfast was a pleasant selection with many different stations which I enjoyed while looked over at the lake.

The large room , with seperate large sitting space. Easy to find and close to city by car.Very quiet. Convenient large parking place next to room. Very clean and well maintained rooms, pool and garden.Friendly and helpful staff ! Really good breakfast with local specialities and fresh brewed coffee, the best ! Prolongued our stay , and will book there again !

Everything perfect

Everything was so clean. And great breakfast buffet. There are a lot of choices for eating sweet or meat.

For the price the Breakfast buffet was great.The room was bigger than most and had a comfortable bed.Being able to park right beside the room was also very convenient.The pool was a good size.The lake at the front gives a nice view while having breakfast.

The siding door would sometimes make sounds from the wind as if it wasn't a perfect seal.

A comfortable place for a night stay. Very clean. Good sleep quality. A nice breakfast. An excellent value for money.

I didn't like the room decoration.There was a bad smell in the room that they consider as very good, some kind of spray that didn't go away.

Comfortable bungalows in a nice garden area, swimming pool and excellent breakfast, friendly staff and close to the Center of Nan
