Pool far from rooms Breakfast cold and limited One morning it was okay

Massive space to walk around and nice swimming pool

One of the staff members was a bit rude when my key snap on the door, making a bit of a drama, but the key was quite old and rusty, anyway charged me 100bath for it

This place was fantastic for both of us. We had a relaxing time, our room was large, bed was great, bathroom does what a bathroom does. We rented a bike so we could go into town. We had breakfast there only the one time and was fine. A blend of Thai and western. Ken was a fantastic host and more than willing to assist in any way he could. They arranged a motorcycle for us and recommended places to see. The pool was one of our favourite spots as it is crystal clean and away from the main complex which is great! The room was spotless and clean.

We only have good to say.

Hotel in the middle of a large forest

Large property about 5 km from town center situated in a forest, Old buildings, old rooms, old bathrooms, old furniture makes spending the night rather uncomfortable. Breakfast is really disappointing,

It was generally nice but nothing special at all

The rooms looked very nice but were past their best & could have been made nicer, somehow more homely. The room just seemed pompous with no heart. On our balcony there were only 2 mismatching old plastic chairs. The bathroom didn’t smell nice at all or that clean. It was difficult to communicate with the staff.

poor maintenance of the wooden houses and too many cobwebs around

I got the last room in the main hotel, which came at a lower price. Though it was on the back of the hotel with a view of the service shed, it was super quiet and I slept great.

It could use a little sprucing up.

The miserable, prison cell-like rooms with no windows, the run down buildings, the poorly kept grounds, the cold, congealed breakfast buffet.......

Good communication and service by booking site a during the stay! Maxx and staff were very helpsome???

Alternative bread at breakfast.

Everything. The room was amazing. I loved the furniture in the room and all the details. The pool was bigger than I thought. Breakfast was not included, but it was only 150 baht and the food was delicious.

Water pressure. It was taken double to take a shower.

Location was lovely, in a small area quiet.Needed a motorbike to get around though.The staff were friendly and helpful.The old style of Thailand was beautiful in the hotel.

The bed was very hard.Needed a mattress topper.The safe was not easy to use.The pool needed a clean.The pool only had chairs to sit on.It needed sun loungers and an umbrella. No shade.

How quiet and green it was. Our room was comfortable and attractive. We enjoyed the swimming pool, too.

Location and inside the room are so good. I loved the way they decorated the room. This place is not far from the city. They have massage in room which my fam appreciated.

Location surround is a bit old not the same in the advertise photos.

The pool is nice and clean rooms are ok, not too far from Nan center but you definitely need transportation.

Available bicycles need a maintenance, looks like the whole place needs to be looked after - probably Covid aftermath

Very kind and helpful staff, spacious, spot clean & beautiful room in typical thai style, comfortable bed, lovely garden, everthing you need in the room, we enjoyed our stay very much.We would defintily stay here again?
