the toilet is not clean, small shower room, the drain is not working well.
I loves the room overlooking the pool. Staff were friendly and helpful
Poor
They failed to supply soap and slippers, and the drain was malfunctioning. During my shower, water spilled over my feet.
All very good except for the breakfast which was very basic, limited in choice but the omlette was ok?
Breakfast
This was great value for money. The pool was large, shaded and cool. Staff were very helpful. Room was large with a very comfortable chair. Loved sitting on the area outside the room overlooking the pool. The family have decided to return for a reunion holiday!A big supermarket was close by.
The breakfast was a bit spicy. when asked they cooked me boiled eggs.
Nice poolBeautiful roomsVery good price
No whole wheat bread at breakfastWimpy shower
Vary friendly staff . Nice pool.
No restaurant. Coffee shop opens to late.
The breakfast was good. Some fruits and toasts were available.Simple breakfast but good.
I like the service and amability of the staff.and also the good advices.
BF is the best compare to the others.
hotel selected 3rd floor rooms all for our group which has many of elders (mote than 65 years old person) without lift service. But kept 1st floor rooms for big bike group (young men). Big bike group annoyed the other guests a lot, loud, noisy and they didn’t wear mask when in BF restaurant. So terrible and too bad.
The Namthong Nan is still fairly new, nicely laid out, very comfortable beds and pillows. We do like both the front door and sliding glass doors opening to the air and the patio outside the glass doors. The pool is shaded and great. It is good to have your own transportation staying there, but bikes are available. Overall a great place to stay.
Not sure why a large window with a shower curtain is between the shower and bed area. We would prefer a solid wall. Not much place to put an open suitcase. The bedlamps in a couple of the rooms we have stayed have plugs that don't connect well to the outlets. They just don't work.
