Pros +
- This is a beautiful hotel in an amazing location in Nan.
- Centrally located, nice design of the place and interesting background.
- Good location and good value . Breakfast very good room very nice and clean .
Cons -
- Unfortunately, this hotel is not clean. I woke up in the middle of the night to find maggots (yes, maggots) falling from the ceiling onto my bed. Over 20 of them fell; at this time, I also realized that my sheets were stained in someone else’s fluids. No staff was on site to help me, so I spent the night sleepless and disgusted.
- Showers were something to get used to, but worked okay in the end.
- Nothing to complain.

PX122 is a beautifully decorated hotel with a perfect balance between bare cement and old furniture. Hotel staffs were friendly and helpful. Our rooms were spacious with wide, comfortable mattresses and complete amenities. The place where we had breakfast was beautifully decorated, consisting of wooden tools and local fabrics. Our breakfast was freshly prepared, with dessert and fresh fruits. The PX122 is always the first place we think of when staying in NAN.
The air conditioner was a bit noisy.
The location is really great as near night market & easy to find foods & shopping with a local song by local singer at the market.
The room is modern style & nice.
Room very nice large and clean, breakfast excellent
The hotel was fancy. The location was superb. The food was ok. The decoration was fun. There were some shops near by at the entrance. You could walk directly to the hot tourist spots in town. Enjoy the stay.
The big problem was the noise both from the next room and the bar down stair and parking and the traffic. Then there were no elevators and no one assists you in luggages to the second floor. Then the cleanliness was another issue. The hotel might just have been back to the operation after Covid19 not everything was ready - broken this and that the light bulbs were dead! Linin was yucky!
Every corner of the property has been meticulously designed and maintained. The room is so spacious and comfortable. We loved the place and certainly would recommend it for anyone who is looking for something special.
