Nice rooms, very clean and comfortable.

Very unfriendly staff! Although it was a nice hotel, I am not going back because of the staff!!! They were not helpful and did not make sure you felt welcomed.Tried the hotel restaurant but the quality was not good. Could be improved.

Had a fantastic stay. The hotel bar and restaurant were closed as it was Christmas, but this didn’t cause us any problems. I use a disability scooter, and the hotel had all the amenities I needed — a real bonus was the walk‑in shower with a seat.They did provide breakfast, although I can’t comment on it as my husband and I didn’t partake.Overall, I highly recommend this hotel, and we will definitely be back next year.

I felt the overnight parking charge was a bit expensive. There were plenty of parking spaces just outside the hotel grounds, which was a good alternative. The only downside is that on a working day you have to move your car by 7am.

Very clean and the staff was very helpful and supportive.

The hotel itself and staff were fantastic. The only challenge was if you wanted a little grocery store to grab any food but that can always be done when in town or use the restaurant within the hotel.

Its in a poor city, but they were solid. Understaffed, but we were taken care of well.

IF I was picky I’d say the pillow, but I could just bring my own next time.

The hotel was conveniently located for our needs. They have a very secure car park for additional €10 per night charge.. They also serve the best local beer which we enjoyed every evening.

The rooms are quite small but we had everything we needed.

Very convenient location, 5 minutes from the arena. Delicious breakfasts. The room is clean and has a great view.

The hotel is located just a short walk from Veltins Arena, which was the main advantage for us since we attended the game at the stadium.Rooms are a bit outdated, but very clean. Good breakfasts.

modern lobby, friendly staff, lot of free parking available, higher room gave us a great view and lot of natural light. very quiet and peaceful.

breakfast could have been better, eggs are probably the ones that comes as mixed liquid in packaging.carpets were laid in the room on unfinished flooring underneath, so there were quite a lot of lumps on the floor (which was slightly strange)

Location to Medecus rehab facility

I was here for a major back surgery one week before being switched from hospital to this hotel for rehab. THE BEDS ARE INIMAGINABLY TERRIBLE GOR SERIOUS BACK SURGERY PATIENTS!! No support and terrible soft. Like swimming in the bed. Bending and twisting the spine at absolutely the wrong time! And the a/c does not work! I switched to a better hotel with better beds 15 minutes away. I was and still am livid!

Location was more than ideal for Veltins-Arena and room had everything needed and more.

Our room wasn’t until 6pm luckily we arrived slyer than planned.

The room was big.

We stayed at this hotel because we have a concert at arena. We arrived at morning and just go to check in desk to get info. But the person in there saw and directly told us to come later. No smiling, no information. Usually they are cehcking our passports and tell us that we can wait there, they can get our backpack etc. Later on we went there again. They have check in at 15:00 but there are so many people because of the concert and everyone was waiting in fornt of the desk at 14:30. I asked them if all the rooms are not ready because there were so many people waiting and go to concert, it would take time to check in. The personnel told me that 'I know it will take so much time, all the rooms are ready but you need to wait half more hour'. Clearly it is an exceptional situation and they were not helpful at all. Actually they were so rude. This is a really expensive hotel but you can get a more polite service at cheap hostels. They have a tea bags at room but no kettle to make the tea, so what is the point to put the tea bags in there, really dont understand it. Also they have the same soap for hair and body at the bathroom. Such an expensive hotel but they cannot provide a shampoo and body lotion separately. The pillows were so thin and were not comfy. The tram and the bus station nearby the arena. So it wont be my choice for the next time.

It was very close to the venue and it has a nice restaurant. The guy at the desk was so nice and helpful. We really appreciated him a lot.

There is not much around the hotel, except the big stadium.

The rooms were comfortable. The view of the stadiums was brilliant. Breakfast was fantastic.

The staff told us food will stop serving at 10.30pm we went down at 9.45pm to be told they stop serving at 9.30pm! There’s nothing else around the hotel to eat.
