Friendly staff, good breakfast

Proximity to tram stop and short trip to Veltins Arena.

Lack of facility for hot drink. Dated decor and furnishings etc.

Breakfast was good. Location was good. Price was great.

The room was dirty, we were missing pillows that we couldn't get because we arrive late in the night. The air conditioner was really hard to program. There were some renovations happpening outside the room and it seems people were smoking and left the whole floor with the smell. The parking was also limited and we had to leave it at the street and pay for one day.

The staff was very lovely, friendly always said hello or good morning. All very approachable. I liked the location, I was going to concerts at Veltins Arena, it’s a 45 minute walk there which is convenient because after the concert the trams where full. If you do want to use the trams the stops are 2 minutes from the front door. The room was very clean and modern.

There is no tea at breakfast only coffee which I don’t like. But if there is not a demand for tea I understand can’t just supply for one. Also I like to sleep with 2 pillows, but I didn’t ask for another one I’m sure they would have provided me with one if I asked.

Good location if visiting the Veltins Arena. Clean room with comfortable beds! Staff also super friendly.

Nice and quiet . Allowed to check in super early- thanks to reception and housekeeping for making the room up at 11am! Not like the big hotels that make you wait till 3pm for no reason

Smoking in front of the room is strange.

Very friendly staff and a very clean and comfortable environment. Fabulous at providing gluten free bread on advance request and in permitting child to have breakfast despite 'no show' during breakfast hours.

No kettles or complimentary tea/coffee in bedroom.

The hotel was in a good location, staff was friendly.

The interior looks a bit outdated. Most of the rooms are renovated, but I stayed in the one that was not. It looked like the interior was from the 90s.

Its in the centre of Buer. Fantastic tram connections to get to the Arena, the Zoo and other location’s. The room is basic but clean. The staff are very friendly and helpful.

The rooms are not very soundproofed. There are no facilities i.e. a bar, to have a drink in the evening. It would be nice to have some tea and coffee making facilities in the room.

everything was beautiful. Room clean, and hotel maids soo polite and nice and also womans on reception. My recomendation for everyone. Also location was great near of everything.

Breakfast was bad quality...we reserved double beds they gave sepparate bed. Was really bad experience. It's too expensive for what they offerWorkers are good quality. It's a clean place but too expensive for their offerings. It's old furniture.. smells old it's bad

The staff was so helpful. She wait for us until 11:00 pm, even thought she would left at 9:00 pm. The recepsionist is so polite. The hotel its near the main street and also near the shopping street. In the room we find two chocolate for us. The help us with an iron. The staff was too suportive.

Internet only in the first floor.The twin bed as a double bad.No slippers in the room.The air condition didn't work.

Big room and kitchen available in my building. A lot of free parking places inside property of the hotel.

No heating in the kitchen and bathroom

It was really good. Tea and coffee making facilities I in the room would have made it a 10.
