Very good value for money, the staff were great, clean bathroom and room, and close to the train station.

The pillows were a little flat and there was no kettle, but the room in general was very good for it's price range.

I was very disappointed with my stay. The staff were unfriendly, they refused to let me park in front of the hotel at 10 p.m. and told me to find parking on my own. The room had no heating, and at 7 a.m. the cleaning staff made a lot of noise and woke me up.Overall, the service was very poor and I cannot recommend this hotel.

Nice budget hotel, clean rooms, nice personel

no so clear outside the rooms, there is a some shops and budget restaurants around, no parking available

The hotel was close to the station and the room was clean. The staff was friendly and welcoming.

The bathroom downstairs in the lobby is broken. The room is quite small.

The location is only a 3 minute walk from the main train station.

The check in was very straightforward and a slightly earlier check in was not a problem.

I didn't like going there. I'm finding no hotel. Nobody there nor way to get in Had to go get a different hotel scam.

The room was a bit cramped for 2 people with large suitcases, the lighting in the room was poor and the choice of TV channels was terrible

We were welcomed by an amazing woman at the reception — she’s both the administrator and bartender, and truly a superwoman! Warm, energetic, and professional — she made our arrival smooth and pleasant.The entire stay was fantastic:•The room was spotlessly clean, fully prepared and comfortable.•The terrace-bar was a real highlight — with a great selection of fresh beers, a relaxed atmosphere, and excellent food.•And the panoramic view from our window? Absolutely stunning.Everything felt thoughtful and inviting. We’re genuinely delighted with this place and would love to return. Highly recommended!

Affordable and close to the station. The rooms were clean and the staff was very kind.

The bed wasn't the best and the pillow was way too soft (almost like it wasn't even there).

A convenient hotel if you're going to the Veltens arena.

A bit communistical but okay. It's cheap and cheerful and near the train station. But why are German trains so unreliable these days? Anyway the hotel is fine. Neat and tidy.

▪️The staff went beyond their duty. Our car was broken in in the night on the roadside next to the hotel and the window was broken. The receptionist called the police and her collegue helped me with taping the window. ▪️The room was clean, our dogs were welcome too.

Good spot. Quiet but convenient Easy access

Had to park a little down the road but wasn’t too much of an inconvenience but property did say parking was available

the structure is also good but it is full of rude and disrespectful people who make noise, drag chairs and bang things. Already from 5-6 in the morning, I managed to sleep only 5 hours.in addition, espresso coffee is to be paid as an extra for breakfast
