Gym ok, but no direct access, you need to go true outside all around the building- that not comfortable at all.

Shall not be called SPA wellness at all No restaurant in hotel, Sunday- no restaurant available in area at all ? no bars - no pubs literally nothing ?Just to understand for those who plan to stay there- it is simple Motel- nothing even close to any hotel 60 euros per night would be max to pay for two persons- max - otherwise it is just waist of money

Nicely designed rooms, exceptionally clean. Attached commercial gym available to guests and lacking no equipment even for serious athletes. This was also our main reason for booking, but the design and cleanliness just made it great. Parking included on property.

The neighbourhood is rather a commercial/business area. If you don't have a car, it's a bit inconvenient. But parking is free and plenty, so with a car, no problem.

Room right above reception on the first floor no air in which is fine but had to have the window open all night and the noise from late night and then early morning meant I had no sleeps for 3 nights in booked and paid for 5 nights but left after 3 as j sunny couldn’t sleep no refund. As yet !!! N

It was quite local to Afc Shalke arena, as I was there for the Euros. The area is quiet and the room was large and a quality bathroom. I only gave 4 ? to value for money as I booked last minute, when I'm sure if I'd been able to book earlier would have got a better price. My stay was only one night, but everything was fine.

Easy to get there and good parking possibilities. It´s great that you can use the normal gym for free while staying in the hotel. The rooms are very spacious.

Size of rooms and use of gym

Breakfast - very expensive. Standard breakfast items not replenished during the stay, by third day no more jam, yoghurts or muesli - however sushi and salad served?! All packaged stuff, not even fresh bread

Overall a hotel with a very good quality. The fitness club was spacious and the devices were all new and clean. The bed was comfortable.

The bathroom in my room had algae and the odour wasnt good. I think its something that should be taken care of.

Room was spacious and warm. Staff was friendly.

It was too expensive for what we got. There was no water. Even no water in the main fringe at reception to buy. Also, they did not give us more shower gel after it was finished. And finally, my room was on the first floor and it was so loud I could here people walking all the time above my room and also people walking in the corridor were too loud.

Rooms are a great size and very clean, breakfast is good to.

Hotel has use of an excellent gym which is right next door. Breakfast was nice and very much self service. Staff are quite friendly. Drinks Market right across the road from the hotel. Mini bar wasn't working but got replaced very quickly by the manager.

Booked for two weeks, and got asked to show my receipt of payment for the first couple of nights until I complained, at one point the owner asked their manager to block me out of the room until I provided a receipt (lucky he never did), so a lack of coordination somewhere. Rooms have no air conditioning so during the summer they are painfully hot. Fans are provided if you ask but are not of any use in the very hot months. My room was cleaned twice in two weeks. Very bad finishes in the hotel where they have good design, but this has been let down with very poor installation of materials, which really was noticeable all over the hotel. A cheap and poorly installed plastic shower tray moved under my feet and left a large pool of water on the bathroom floor each time I had a shower. Parking is shared with users of the Fitness centre/Gym. Reception is unattended from around 19:00, but there is a number to call if you need anything. I only called this a couple of times and once no one answered at all so on balance, 50/50% chance they will answer in the evenings.
