The wifi was not very good.

Free parking, room ok, bed hard. Breakfast was ok. Within walking distance to the river and old town. Good value for the price.

Very comfortable beds; checking/checkout was easy. Person at front desk during check-in was very nice.

Although the bathroom was very clean, there is a water leak coming from somewhere. There was a constant puddle of water on the floor.

Wonderful. All of it. Really nice staff. Wonderful lounge area, free breakfast was tasty

This really was a lovely chilled and unpretentious place which will go down well for foreign budget travellers. Superb location right in town. Excellent WiFi. Nice semi outdoors sitting area, and a table facing the street. Horses are frequently passing and birds are singing at dusk. The lovely staff speak very good English and will fill you out with things to do. Cold Beer and some snacks are for sale. Free use of bicycles and it was a good one. I really liked that they don't clean the room every day, but put a plastic bag with water and toilet paper on your door. Breakfast was included , and it was ok, but had more Asian than western choices. I had the cheapest room , and it was clean and comfortable. The more expensive rooms had a table and chair outside on a shared balcony.

I really wish it was a basic restaurant in the nice semi outdoor sitting area.

Close to weekend night market. Very nice family run hotel. Cleanrooms and great breakfasts.

The Staff, Nong Non was fantastic. He was helping me and my mom arrange for a last minute sightseeing. Despite the fact that we only stay they for one night. Hotel room is price worthy, bed were comfortable enough. But the duvet could have been thicker. Overall, our experience was great.

But the duvet could have been thicker. The blanket was a little thin.

The facility would need a lot of maintenance and additional care. The bathroom is not a good one. They give me an hairdryer which smelled burnt and when taking the plug out of the socket it was boiling hot. They should check before giving the customer such a product, it could be dangerous. Not really cleaned, the sink was black from dirt, you can use some degreaser/hygienizer, no?!

Great family-owned place, everyone was very helpful and so nice. The rooms were clean, the breakfast local and very good, place is close to everything what you need (night market, river walk, teak house streets... ). I like Lampang very much because it is a much more authentic place than Chiang Mai and even Chiang Rai. And this hostel was exactly what I could imagine in such a place. See you next year!

The private run hotel was run by the 3 generations - they were very helpful and even drove us to the Saturday morning market and to the bus station.

A lovely big room. Good working airconditioning. A big bathroom with 2 toilets and a shower . Parking behind and in front of the building.Host was verry nice and helpfull..

Very nice hotel, quite centrally located. We had two rooms, very clean. Affordable and good value. Quiet. Moreover, Lampang has multiple landmarks for tourists, definitely worth a stopover.

If i recall well (not fully sure), no elevator in the hotel. Not a problem for us, but it may be an issue for some travellers.

The facility was simple but very clean. The beds were very comfortable. The staff was very helpful. Breakfast could have been a little more varied.

Pros: Great location near to night market and walking distance to the river. We arrived early by scooter and they approved our request to check in early. Clean room.

Cons: Bad hotel design means there is no soundproofing and you can hear everything from every room around you and below and above you. Heavy chairs in all rooms get regularly dragged across floors, you can hear every toilet flush, showers and taps turning on and off. Staff start from 6am amd talk loudly on every floor. Stair case creaks. In our room the sink was blocked and shower room floor plugs didnt drain so the floor remained wet for our whole 1 night stay. We had to use 1 of the bath sheets supplied for the floor so as not to slip. We only stayed 1 night, barely slept due to noise and left in the morning. Breakfast is toast, eggs, a soup and rice porridge, juice.Very poor wifi.

Perfect in-town location. Easy walk to many things, including a favorite restaurant we want to eat at. Availability of private parking. Simple but fine breakfast.
