Location

When I ask for courtesy to extend for 5 hours given my circumstances with the train but they ask me to pay for a day which is ridiculous. I check in at 6pm and they ask me to check out at 12pm. Technically check out at 5pm is still reasonable!

Comfy bed, reasonable price, good air condition + high flow hot shower.

I had a pleasant stay at this hotel. The location is fantastic, and the room was very clean, equipped with essential amenities such as shampoo, shower gel, drinking water, and fast internet. While it doesn’t include fancy extras like turndown service or in-room slippers, it’s perfectly reasonable for the price.What truly stood out to me was how fresh and new the room felt—the walls were still bright white, and there was a clean, inviting smell throughout. The air conditioning worked perfectly, keeping the room super cold, which I appreciated. As a light sleeper, I was thrilled that the curtains effectively blocked out sunlight, ensuring a restful sleep.Overall, this is an excellent choice for a budget-friendly yet comfortable stay

The stay was generally okay, but there were a few inconveniences. There’s no hairdryer provided in the room, which can be quite frustrating for those like me who need to wash their hair daily. You can borrow one from the front desk, but availability is very limited.Another issue is that the walls aren’t soundproof. As a light sleeper, I could hear noises from the hallway and outside throughout the night, which made it a bit challenging to rest.That said, considering the affordable price, it’s not a terrible option if you’re on a budget and don’t mind a few compromises.

location was too far from main areas, had to take taxis to get to restaurants etc.

Modern clean and comfortable rooms, bed was fantastic. Nice bathroom with hot good power shower.

Can hear guests in other rooms due to thin walls

Excellent for a stopover very close to trainstation and busstation at the opposit of the road , very clean rooms , friendly staff and good bedding i can highly recommend this hotel.

The room was clean. While small, it didn't feel cramped. It was fairly well appointed with a refrigerator (which unfortunately does not have power when the key is removed from the switch) and a place to hang clothes. The water heater in the shower worked well.The location is very close to the bus terminal and in walking distance of the train station (in the morning or around sunset when it is cool).

The AC didn't work in the room I was given at first, but I was moved without much fuss. There was some noise from the hallway from people speaking and doors closing.The coffee machine in the lobby was pretty nice, but on the whole I'd prefer a kettle in the room.

We like the location of this property. It's easy to find and access from major streets/roads. The staffs were friendly and polite. Safety and security were great as guests and visitors are required to have a key card to enter the hallways/stairways/elevator(s). There were plenty of available parking spots and most importantly there were a few spots for disable persons.

There were microwave, coffee maker, and hot water pot available for use. That's good but everything was placed in a very tiny area that can barely fit 2-3 people comfortably at once (one time we had to share the spaace with more than 5 people which was not convenient).

I found the flooding at car parking and entrance of lobby. My shoes and socks were wet. The other customers were same situation. The flooding had been continuous for long time. Please improve this problem.

I like the location. Convenient location. less than 11mins to everywhere in the province. It is just 3 mins walk to Big C. Opp Makro & the bus terminal next to it is not noisy at all. I rented a car, so there is enough parking lots. and the Amazon Cafe opens early. 7-Eleven is right infront. Clean updated room. Microwave & Coffee available at lobby.

The location is great for an early morning bus! It’s 1 minute walk from the bus station! Bed was comfortable and having a fridge was nice! The room was clean and bathroom was nice. Would stay at a Hop Inn again!

Morning Coffee machine is perfect.I liked liquid soap and shampoo aroma.Parking lot was sufficient and next to the building. Convenience.

Easy access and close to the city center.

There was a cat at hotel’s car park jumped and played on the car.

Hop Inn have very comfortable beds. The location was quiet and i slept very well. There was coffee available in the lobby in the morning.

Other Hop Inns had some small breakfast food, like rice soup, but here there was only coffee, no food at all, which is a pity and room for improvement for this site.

Standard Hop Inn...was as expected. Clean room, good AC, good shower, very comfortable bed. Wifi was a little weak.

The fridge contained spoiled food from the previous customer, the toilet had water leakage, window wasn't clean.
