- The room was okay and clean. Not the most comfortable but it was good compared to the price we paid for. The location was good. The 7-11, convenient store, was nearby. So there is no problems get anything we needed.

- The room is not soundproof , can hear noises from the outside..we stayed here for 3 night but bad luck in the very last night there are people was yelling and screaming very loudly from the parking lot and then upstairs very close to where we slept like 2 hr straight.

A chain business hotel you can find most of the big city in Thailand, the room is clean, staffs is helpful, walkable distant to bus terminal which is the main transportation to get in and off the city.

1. The views around the hotel are quite bad cuz there is a ruins outside the windows2.The manager of the front desk not really gentle she not even apologize to me when I told her while I checked out that I haven't got 2 bottle of waters at the second day of my stay(I already told the staff asking for the bottle of waters when I told them that I'll extend to stay), she unprofessional performs to me a pungent so I really disappointed.

1. They have 2 location but not remind the customer which one should to go. 2. The bed is not comfortable, lt’s too soft
