New, clean, good location

No English language tv No breakfast

The staff were friendly and helpful. The receptionist housed 5 stray cats in a very large cage. I was fortunate to walk the cats during lunch time and also contribute to the upkeep of them.

Quiet, clean rooms big parking and friendly staff.

Rooms a bit worn out and could be renovated.But still good value for money.

Good basic hotel right by the highway + close to the city center. Super helpful, lovely <3 staff. Comfy room, perfect mattress with great cotton bedlinen + towels.

Bahrooms could get some updating. Wifi could've been stronger and safer.

Clean room and comfy bed. Breakfast was 100 per person and was quite ok in mixed Thai and western. Water and fresh towels every day were provided. Very good value for money!

The bathroom was quite old. On the first sight it looked clean, but there was room for improvement.

it’s a good and very affordable hotel. good enough for spending a night or two resting from your long trip in the north of Thailand. good and comfortable bed, clean room and good breakfast. what more can you expect?

staffs don’t speak English that well, but they are willing to help. so, for foreigner, be patient with them.

The hotel has a nice breakfast with Thai (traditional) options (steamed and fried rice, broth, 2 types of hot dishes) as well as some western choices (eggs, toast, sausages, jam, fruit juices). The rooms are spacious, have a comfortable bed and a good bathroom. It is a 20min walk to the bus station or the the city center. You have a Central Plaza mall and a big Go Fresh supermarket very closeby.

The airconditioning is noisy. There are no mosquito nets or bug screens so you can´t open the windows.

Excellent value hotel both for business and stopover on holiday, one corner off Route#1. Downtown 1.5 kms or so. Parking easy. Better than at 1st sight. Clean room, good bed, balcony, coffee, water. Good breakfast. Nice recepcionist, recommended restaurant and provided city map.

Doors in room not freshly painted. Bathroom needs some attention.

Building is a bit old, so some areas of the walls are damaged or damp.

We were woken in the morning at 7am by vacuum cleaners and rolling carts.... After 10hrs straight driving the day before we longed for a sleep.in - it was not to be.

Good large room at a moderate price. The bathroom is well equipped and the location is convenient for business travelers between airport and shopping malls.
