I appreciated the wheelchair ramp.The breakfast was good and adequate. The location was convenient for getting around

The air conditioning in the room had a musty smell. The window locks didn't work. The bathroom had old, dirty, and broken faucets and showerheads; the water pressure was weak. The towels were old. The mattress was old and saggy, the sheets were wrinkled and not ironed, and the bedspread wasn't made tightly. The blankets were old and the duvet covers weren't ironed. The bed creaked with every movement, even slight shifts. I found the staff at the breakfast restaurant to be impolite and disrespectful to other customers.

Comfortable and clean also very easy to find.

Less food selection.

The room has been newly renovated. It is clean and comfortable with required amenities WIFI is strong and reliable. The location is conveniently located .

Breakfast has limited choices.

Nice location, very good price. The hotel is old and the bathrooms are very small. The buffet is as forgettable as can be.

Breakfast was a HUGE step up from other places I stayed at that offered breakfast as included. The room was big, with a large window which made it special and both the bed and the pillows were luxurious.No less than three staff members offered to carry my luggage, independent of one another. Two thumbs up from me for the willingness to assist.

Breakfast is simple. The hotel's location is good because it is near 7-11 and Lotus.

The hotel should provide a smoking area outside the hotel with an ashtray.

The bathroom was not in the good condition. It need renovation and not ok if you travel with senior. I book the room without seeing any bathroom picture in the booking. Please add bathroom picture to give the travelers chance to consider whether they are ok to book or not.

Big clean renovated air-conditioned rooms with brand new bathroom,high tech smart TV,tasty Thai style buffet breakfast and friendly helpful English speaking staff.

A fifteen minute walk to the middle of town

The outside dining are was attractive. Our room was cleanest we have had on our travel. Aircon was efficient. The young Thai lady at reception was helpful and friendly. The 2 young room staff were excellent and friendly.

The lack of of friendly manner at reception was unpleasant. We went for dinner in our first night and had to look for someone to serve us. We tried again for dinner 3 nights later. It was worse After 40 mins reception woman said she would tell her staff . Eventually we were ungraciously served mediocre meals. We decided to stay in Lampang for 3 more days but moved to another hotel which couldn’t be more welcoming.

Even though breakfast was good it seems like hotel caters to Muslim clientele as it doesn’t serve pork - not a biggie , just saying

The hotel is after renovation so everything is completely new and very clean.The staff was very professional and always with a big great smile. We were upgraded at no additional cost.We highly recommend. We will definitely come back again?

location is very nice and there is convenience store right next to the hotel as well as a pharmacy and some small food stores as well.The good at the hotel was excellent and very good value for money!!! Highly recommend to try it out.

the hotel is still renovating so some of the older rooms are worn out but the newly renovated rooms are very nice and comfy. Go for the Deluxe rooms definitely worth the extra money.

Hard bed.

Being renovated, so our room was like brand new. Spacious, clean and comfortable. Food from the restaurant was delicious and plentiful
