Pin Hotel

Pin Hotel is located in a prime area for the Saturday and Sunday evening market street, close to some nice eating and drinking spots of various price points, plus the staff is quite helpful, especially in the dining room.

My only issue with Pin Hotel is the water temoerature, which can be quite hot from both "hot" and "cold" taps. I have stayed there nine times now, so I have learned how to deal with it. The price of the rooms is reasinable enough, that I will not bitch.

Breakfast and location were acceptable.

The room smelled bad. It was stuffy and a rotten odor became stronger throughout the night until I had to leave the room at 5.00 am because it was so unbearable. When I took a shower, even the water gave off the same stench. A loud machine on the roof kept turning on and off all night, making an oppressive noise. I was two floors down but the mechanical screaming penetrated my room and the top two floors of the hotel throbbed with its vibrations, accompanied by the buzz of airconditioning units in neighbouring rooms. The room was dowdy and the whole hotel was functional but shabby, like a budget survivor from the 1970s.

The location was good. Weekend night market was just around the corner. Good bars a few walk from the hotel. Weird enough there was no 7-11 nearby. Friendly staff. The bed was comfortable enough.

The hotel looks old. Room looks old. There was a sewer smell coming out of the toilet after flushing.

The breakfast was disgusting just half sausages floating in water and some slices of white bread. They said they could cook eggs by far the worst excuse for Breakfast

Excellent staff. Good clean hotel. Virtually in the centre of town and close to the river. Easy walking to historic places or take a horse and buggy ride.

The description is out-of-date. Since Covid the restaurant only serves breakfast.

I booked it as I thought it had a restaurant open for dinner. But it's location is good so one can walk.

Good location, close to walking street. Not much else.Bed was fairly comfortable and quiet. Slept OK for our one night stay.

pretty much everything. Property is old, dated, shabby and in desperate need of refurbishment or demolition.Forget about breakfast, nothing edible in my opinion. Standard Thai fare, not much selection, and no Western choices other than toast and cold fried eggs.Coffee was the worst instant I’ve ever had. Furniture in room was dirty, broken and should have been thrown out years ago. Other than the location, it really doesn’t have any redeeming qualities.

Old run down & dirty. Rock hard bed & lousy breakfast.

Free water, waterheater and coffe for two. Good breakfast, choice of thai or farang.

AC in our DeLuxe room (214) is very old and so loud that is was hard to fall asleep. The room and bathrom have cockroaches.
